Hello guys, going to start up a new log!
Im 25, weighing in at 72kg & 181cm
Have been in the gym just over a year, started at 58kg thin as a toothpick. Have made some serious progress, and some even more serious progress since January this year.
Got picked up by a coach, not sure if dropping his instagram @ is a good idea.
Currently eating 3880 cals on TD 214p/609c/58f
and on NTD 3644 cals 215p/533c/65f
Cycle is - 300 Test E / 200 Primo (will be switching to EQ soon) & 4iu HGH (started few days ago) .. Test E is from Raptor Labs , Primo from Gorilla Labs (rip) GH also

Split- push,legs,pull,rest,anterior,posterior,resr


Next update will be a lot tidier as I’m doing this on my piece of shit phone, and am still downloading/setting everything up on the new one!

Welcome back @muddy I remember you from last summer! I was so engrossed in my own log I didn't get to follow you then but looking forward to it now. Putting on 14kg in one year is no small, feat really great work!

Looking forward to following you keeping on gaining. Macros look good for growth and I think you'll like the EQ better just be sure and get your Test/EQ ratio in check it's different for Australians vs. US/Canada as we've seen. We have a megathread on it here ➡️ EQ megathread

Not the biggest fan of someone 25 jumping on gear after one year of training.

What's your goal mate? You looking to get serious and maybe eventually compete? Looks like you might have good genetics for this. Need more photos though.

Had a look at your old log and it certainly looks like you make some nice meals!

Split looks good as well. I see that getting around a bit these days hey.

I don't think it's a big deal if you drop your coach's name off of Instagram, man. @muddy I mean you can be up front and honest.
 
Great progress. Like @waggat bot a fan of gear at 25 but you are on it so we can help you keep things safe. Cycle has nice doses - once you go to EQ start it at half your T dose and then check your bloods.

300 Testy and 200 Primo is a pretty good option. I like that you're switching to EQ. EQ is good value. @muddy

@muddy the workout split looks pretty good. I like it. It's not too crazy. I've seen a lot of crazy splits around the internet but that's a smart one.

You can do more volume on Tbars tbh :D lets get some drop sets in @muddy and you looking lean and tight.
 
Had a little break away from my hometown, visited the Blue Mountains with some friends to refresh my mental tbh.
But were back at it, and going hard.. :D
Should have HGH landing from @shadow labs this week/early next, so stay tuned for TD pics :)
Weight on some lifts went up which is good as
feeling amazing with Shadow's gear, legit no pip its great !

Awesome looking workout there mate. I wish my gym had good equipment like that Nautilus pulldown. I see it in heaps of back training YouTube videos.

Going to be adding in NPP to the cycle, so its currently 300 test, 200primo and 200 EQ (started EQ on 2nd of April cause im running out of primo)
Thinking with the NPP ill do 300 test/200eq/150-200NPP
Here are the meals i eat day 2 day, lunch 1 and 2 are just diff options i can chose from cause eating chicken for both meals starts to get abit to much for me lol. Need to switch it up.

Welcome back @muddy I remember you from last summer! I was so engrossed in my own log I didn't get to follow you then but looking forward to it now. Putting on 14kg in one year is no small, feat really great work!

Looking forward to following you keeping on gaining. Macros look good for growth and I think you'll like the EQ better just be sure and get your Test/EQ ratio in check it's different for Australians vs. US/Canada as we've seen. We have a megathread on it here ➡️ EQ megathread

Testosterone Primo on EQ sounds pretty good. @muddy I don't see why you can't add in some NPP. You could even consider dropping the primo.

I hear you for sure on some frustration but if it was easy, everyone would look like Jay Cutler. The bottom line is you're doing great. Your biceps are looking huge. A lot of people would kill for your biceps. @muddy

Abit of a delayed update, have been taking my Father to and from hospital since he is recovering from a surgery and his stiches came undone. Might have to split this into 2 posts, was abit fatigued this week because ive been running around everywhere and looking after my Father.

not the best update to give, but i ( and my friend group ) have lost a very close and good friend after receiving good news and the last 2 weeks have been hell with straight cope.
barely moved, barely did anything, eating like absolute shit and not wanting to do anything.
I havent been in contact with anyone besides seeing a girl for 2 days or i felt like i wouldve broken down into pieces.

He meant so much to my friends and I. he always helped, always encouraged you to do what you wanted to do etc. We celebrated a friends milestone with his music stuff, and my friend decided to take his life.. almost like he waited, just to be there and celebrate once more before leaving us.

It hurts alot, but i cant be stuck in bed doing nothing like a loser.
Im restarting the log up, i havent msgs @shadow labs yet.

Next week Monday i will have an update from over the weekends feedings, and first day back sesh.
