Peptide stack/dosing advise

Hey Evo fam, first time post.

This year Ive decided to properly double down on myself and overall wellbeing (health, skin, body composition, recovery and cognitive enhancement). Ive spent the last few weeks reading through studies, reports, reddit forums and ive put together a peptide stack that i think aligns with my goals that id like experienced opinions/ advise on.
I dont want to jump on testosterone even though im very tempted, for the sole reason that i want to stay fertile as kids are definitely on the agenda for the future and dont want to risk it especially as my FSH is high naturally.

About me:

- 29M

- Very Active

- Strength training x4 week

- Run and Cycle x4 week

- Often train mornings and night

- Recovery and sleep are my weak points

- T levels are shockingly low, went from 290 in September to 367 in December. (Attached bloodworks below)

- 180cm, 88kg

The stack im considering

GHK-Cu

- 2mg, 3 times a week

- 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off

Main goal: skin quality, assist with acne scars, tissue repair

Melanotan 1

- 1mg daily until desired tan is achieved

- Then reduce to maintenance dose

Main goal: achieve a tan appearance as im fairly pale skinned

SS-31

- 5mg daily for 4 weeks

- Planning on running this 3 times a year

Main goal: mitochondrial support, energy efficiency, improved endurance

MOTS-C

- Run after SS-31 cycle

- 1mg daily, 5 days on/ 2 days off

- 6 week cycle

- Also planning to run this 3 times a year

Main goal: same as SS-31, however i have read only that one should run SS first before Mots for enhanced experience. ( is this necessary or should i just start with Mot-c)

NAD+

- Added to complement SS-31 and MOTS-C

Main goal: ATP production

Open to feedback on dosing and weather injectable NAD+ is even worth it compared to oral

Retatrutide

- Currently using it

- Planning to cruise on this to shed a few kg of bodyfat and reap the health benefits

SLU-PP-332

- 200mcg - 600mcg daily ( find the sweet spot)
Main goal: Burn extra calories which translates to extra fat, increase my endurance and stamina which would complement my running and cycling activities.
Question: how long should i run this for, im guessing this has to be cycled. Would love some feedback.
I have a bit of stubborn fat around love handles that exercise and diet does not address it.

DSIP

- As mentioned above, my sleep and recovery are my weak points

- I average about 4/5 hours of sleep a night

- Considering DSIP to improve sleep quality and recovery despite such short hours in bed

- Very curious if anyone has found this to be useful or just disappointing

Would love to know dosing and usage info.

Dihexa & Adamax

- i work a pretty stressful job and have to deal with multiple things at one given time

- Plan is to run Dihexa for 4 weeks to up regulate growth factors

- Then switch to Adamax for maintenance

Main goal: Cognitive enhancement, focus, mental clarity and more sharper

Would love to hear from anyone who has run these compounds.

Im aware this is alot and im not 100% sold on the stack but this is what i believe can help me achieve my goals this year. Looking for honest feedback, whats redundant, whats pointless, whats risky, how i should run these all and what has actually moved the needle for others.

TIA

Love the look of this layout brother. Health focused and prioritised.

Reta is king not just for fat loss but all its other benifits when it comes to metabolic function and nutrient partitioning.

All the mitochondrial enhancements can be run simultaneously as they all play seperate roles for ultimately the same goal.

Mitochondrial upregulation. Judging by your layout plan you have an idead of the importance and benefits of this...

Everything works better.

Ss31
Mots c
Injectable L-Carnitine
Slupp332

However i wouldnt be using the vial peptide version of slu. The compound itself is extremely lipophilic and doesnt equally suspend in bac water. It does in dsmo but you do not want to be injecting this.

Look towards the raw powder and use enteric coated capsules for administration. This will help the compound pass through digestion in the stomach and stop it being broken down in the stomachs acidic environment and allow it to make the small intestine to be absorbed. Bioavailability unfortunately decreases slightly but is still significantly effective when dose is increased.

As you get leaner can also look into adding 5 amino 1mq
Nad + plays apart here also

Everyone of these compounds amalgamate like a platoon to enhance mitochondrial function.

Dsip can be extremely useful for some and not so much for others. More applicable in a setting where the user can fall asleep easy enough but struggles to get deep sleep.

For an overall supplement approach try
Melatonin
5-htp
Gaba
L theanine
Valerian root

Look at your sleep hygiene and see of these areas can be refined and improved.

Dihexa & Adamax i dont know anything about brother so cant help you there.

Wishing you all the best on your journey and welcome to evo 🔥

Thank you for your comment brother! I appreciate it.

How does my dosing for the mitochondrial peotides look? Should I be cycling these as mentioned above? In terms of NAD, whats the correct dosage for this when also stacking everything else?

I fall asleep very easily however my deep and rem sleep are not the best and most of the time i wake up a little tired hence why im opting to incorporate DSIP to the stack. What dosage can this be safely run at and can this be used every night without any adverse side effects or should this only be taken at times.

@Allupfromhere has pretty much hit the nail on the head i can't add much more except:

You could look in to KPV for your acne scars

Also look in to CJC-1295, Ipamorelin and Tesamorelin as a stack. Seeing you dont want to jump on to testosterone this stack stimulates natural growth hormone.

welcome to the EVO family :D @JD17 Your testosterone is a bit low in those bloods imo, but right now everything else is guesswork because we do not see your day to day training load, calories, sleep debt, or recovery.
Before adding or stacking peptides you need to start a proper log with daily food, training weights, cardio, sleep hours, stress notes, and weekly bodyweight so the EVO family can actually dial this in instead of guessing. 15min of your time to start the log easy. :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.
To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Please click the anabolic forum

top RIGHT, you see: +POST THREAD
click that

in Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log

example: My Training Nutrition Lifestyle Log
in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle

not a bad idea at all to use Melanotan 1. It has fewer side effects than the 2 version. @JD17 you're going to have some interesting results from these different peptides. I can't wait to see it.

TIA
@JD17 I think your goals are fantastic. I think it's going to be a fantastic year for you. We're really looking forward to following this.

As with anything we take brother i always feel taking a break here and there is smart play is desensitisation is an issue.

These dosages are blanket statements except for ss31 as that has had extensive scientific case studies conducted.

But this is how i would run.

ss31 - 1-5mg daily - enhancing mitophagy

Mots c - 1-2mg daily - mito supercharger. Activates AMPK pathway. Ampk promoting the transport of fatty acids.
L-Carnitine - the transporter of fatty acids.
400mg 1hr pre w.o with carbohydrates. Insulin significantly increases the skeletal muscle uptake of l carnitine

Slu - this has a big range and many are being experimented at a top level currently with different application methods.
500mcg - 50mg and above daily. The higher dosages are more applicable when orally administered through acid resistant enteric caps. Which in my opinion is the most effective approach currently
Being an EER agonist works by boosting mitochondrial function specific to this area by amplifying cellular energy.
Im currently running this at 60mg split twice daily with significant results.
But start low and test response.

5 amino 1mq - injectable 1-2.5mg daily.
Orally 50mg x3 daily.
Used as an nnmt inhibitor and in return boosting cellular nad + levels.
Im sure you have looked into the influence of increased nad+ levels.
Plus increasing cellular energy efficiency through mito enhancement.

Nad + Still a grey area when it comes to how much is needed as it is a cases by case situation. Starting point would be 50mg daily injectable and would imagine doses would be much higher orally due to bioavailability.
Massive influence on apt production and dna repair.

Methylene blue also another suitable addition for your goals mentioned. 10mg daily is efficient.

Also keep in mind shits expensive and cost add up. Up to you have far you need and then want to take it.

Again do some more research for yourself as i have only just scratched the surface here for these compounds to explain as fast as i could.

The truth about peptides is there is no magic dosage. You have to try it out and you have to experiment and see what works best for you.

Appreciate the deep knowledge you shared. I understand it can be very expensive hence why ive decided to stick to mots-c and slup to help with energy production and mitochondria health. Ill see how these work and possibly add methylene blue and 5 amino.
Ive read somewhere that 5 amino should only be stacked when you reach 8% bf and want to go lower. If youre already at 12% (like me) it wont make much difference- not sure how true that is.

Man a log would be most beneficial. You pretty much have all of the info here ready to get a great log going.

The mechanistic pathway of 5a1 isnt governed by our levels of body fat. Thats some bro science story telling haha.
The problem it targets is your body has a protein called NNMT
When NNMT activity is high fat cells become more efficient at storing fat.
Mitochondria become less efficient, metabolism slows. Fat loss becomes harder, even in a deficit
Think of NNMT as a “store energy, don’t burn it” signal.

At any point 5a1 is effective for fat loss and mito upreg especially when amalgamated with the other upregulators.

I agree with your choices though if we are to only pick a couple

mots c
Slupp332
methylene blue.

I so however believe ss31 is important especially if your not in a healthy position to start with. This is why the suggestion of using it first comes to light, even though most dont understand why.

It can be detrimental
to create new mitochondria before we first or simultaneously remove dead or damaged ones. This is why i meantioned you dont have to use it first but but needs to be respectively considered using at the same time.
Its because mitochondrial health relies on a balance between the removal of damaged mmitochondria (mitophagy) and the creation of new ones (mitochondrial biogenisis)

Aha, thank you for the explanation.
Always heard to use ss-31 prior Mots-c, but never understood the reasoning behind it- now makes sense.
In terms of NAD+, could i supplement with this via oral tablets? Im finding it difficult to source this as an injectable. If yes, what dose would i need to supplement with to reap the benefits?

Anytime brother im like a slut for the mitochondrial shift haha.

For sure you could use the tablets/capsules brother. Not exactly sure on dosing with this pathway as digestive efficiency, gut health and individual metabolism all influence oral bioavailability.

There are many research studies that do show that oral nad+ is very poorly absorbed and doesnt significantly raise nad+ levels in the plasma or tissue.

What country are you in bro?

In summary, what are your opinions on this protocol?

GHK-Cu
2mg x 3 times a week
8 weeks on, 4 weeks off

MT1
1mg daily until desired results are achieved, then maintenance

SS-31
5mg daily for 8 weeks ( would this dosage at 8 weeks be safe or should i run it for 4-6 weeks?)
5 days on, 2 days off? or just continuous use?

MOTS-C
1mg daily for 8 weeks ( would this dosage at 8 weeks be safe or should i run it for 4-6 weeks?)
5 days on, 2 days off? or just continuous use?

5 amino
1mg daily for 8 weeks.

SLUP
500mcg daily (2x a day)

NAD+
haven't sourced the injectable version of this yet, not sure if oral is worth it.

Retatrutide
0.6mg daily (4mg/ week)
will taper down to 1/1.5mg week when i reach 10% body fat to reap health benefits of this.

I also have some injectable L-carnitine on me, what should the dosage and frequency of this be to work in synergy with the rest of this stack?

Based on the above can you please let me know if the frequency and the length of this protocol is right,i was planning on running (ss-31,mots-c, NAD+ and 5 amino) 3 times a year in 6/8 week cycles.

Honestly brother you can safely run those compounds to 12 weeks no worries.. but if your more comfortable at around 8-10 then that what you go with.

Ghk i would move to 2.5mg daily.

Ss31 dose is good but will get expensive fast. Could half this for cost purposes.

Mots c spot on.

Injectable 5a1 is good at that dose!

Slu i wouldnt use the injectable but that my opinion. Purely based against the limited available solvents to reconstitute with.
If you go oral i would start at 10mg minimum twice daily

Nad+ i sent you link. Be aware can be a little spicy to pin lol

L carnitine 400-600mg 1hr pre workout with carbs to boost insulin.

What brand is your l carn? If its premium supps that pins like a stick of dynamite lol most people cant use it. The link i sent you l carn pins like butter.

All this can be run 8/10/12 weeks on then take a breather for 4 weeks. I wouldnt run it for any less.

Reta i would go back to single weekly injections this is how the drug was designed. If at that dose your total weekly mg give you sides or problems then lower it.
Microdosing can dull the effects of side as it dulls the efficiency of the drug. You basically you more for less and waste money.

Next thing, though it should be the first thing lol, is where is your nutrition, training, output, supplements at?

Do you know where you insulin sensitivity is on average?

Thank you bro.

My nutrition is okay, i aim for 2.2g of proteins per kg, all up i consume around 2200 calories as im in a cut.
Training is decent aswel i believe.
I run a PPL (3 days a week) then work on core & rotational work and 1 day is for weighted mobility.
i also run twice a week ( 1x zone 2 and the other either a threshold or vo2 max session) Cycle 2 times a week swell ( 1x long ride 3-5 hours and another power session)

In terms of insulin resistance i got no idea.

my current supplements are:

- creatine
- DHA omega 3
- Ashwaganda
- Lions mane
- Tongkat Ali
- Fadogia Agrestis
- Zinc
- Boron
- Fenugreek
- L Thiamine

most of them are to target my ow test levels which have worked in the past 3 months, not a miracle stack but does help out a bit.

my sleep are recovery on the other hand is rubbish, i tend to average 5 hours of sleep a night with 1.5 hours of deep sleep and majority of it being light sleep.

In terms of NAD+, i managed to source is (thank you), should i also run this for the same length as the Mots-c and ss31?

@JD17 This is all turning into enough for you to start a really productive log on here and let us guide you through your first run at this. These are all great new peptides too that others will benefit from having your log up here. You're knowledgeable and have your shit together bro I would take the advice of @LevButlerov in his 'how-to' log and post a pic of your physique and we can get you up and running.

You can ask all the questions you want and you've got some great Aussie's on here to help you out with sourcing and some great members to chip in on their experience with these peptides as well. We can also see about helping out with diet, training and supplements and I'd have questions for you as well about how you like Lions Mane for example.

You're very active so these peptides will really take it to the next level and I'd love to follow along. Take the plunge bro and fire up a log. @Allupfromhere has a lot of knowledge for you on these peptides and you'll be in good hands here on EVO!

Welcome to EVO brother!!

First this is first lol... need to improve sleep brother big time.
Whats your sleep hygiene look like: screen time before bed, noise when trying to go to sleep, room light, room temp. Hot shower before bed?

Next up is nutrition, protein is pretty good calories over all make the number but whay do your other macros look like? Meal timing? Peri workout nutrition?
Can you post up what a day of eating normally looks like?

Bg levels do you have a bg monitor? Try and get your hba1c tested. Have fasting insulin and fasting glucose tested also to check homa.ir levels.
If insulin sensitivity is shit you will find it hard to cut even in a deficit.
The mito compounds will significantly help with this though and reta will supercharge it.
Your very active cardio wise so it should be reasonable brother.

Wheres physique at currently? Can you pist a photo with your face blurred so we can see you base and starting point for the cut?

i can fall asleep and stay asleep if needed to however due to life and day to day tasks i sleep relivaely late (trying to change that this year) around 12 and wake up at 5 to get in a session of training before work.

i intermediate fast until 12/1 pm, my first meal would be roughly around 600 calories with at least 50g of protein, then i have a protein shake and or bar in between to be able to meet my protein numbers then i have either rice cakes with tuna and avo 30 mins prior a session with a carb gel. have dinner after my training ( usually beef mince with bone broth and rice or chicken breast, salad and roasted potatoes. i have an occasional cheat meal (burger, thai etc once a week) which this year im going to reduce to once a month.

i don't have a bg monitor, i completed a blood test last month and my serum was 4.0 mmil/L. Not sure if that means anything.

another question, next month ill be fasting for ramadan (run rise to sun set) - would these peptides be safe to take when you're fasting without water for over 13-14 hours?

My current physique, the reason as to why i want to try these peptide stack is one for health reasons and benefits and also to try and get rid of the stubborn fat around the lower abdomen and back, no matter how much cardio i do and how stick i am with my diet that section never goes down which is discouraging.

Welcome to Evo brother. You are lean and have great size already. Your back development so far is fabulous. You are obviously highly knowledgeable about what you want to do and you have researched extensively. You are definitely in the right place and are already getting in depth advice from @Allupfromhere and @LevButlerov. I look forward to following your journey.🩵

Current physique is already pretty Solid brother great base with plently of muscle already. You cut some fat and you will look like a beast 💪.

Honestly theres always room for improvement with nutrition but you food choices seem very clean.

One thing i will suggest though is we can swap up the way you approach your pre workout meal.

Ill address this first. Rice cakes are great, easy to digest and great source of carbohydrates. However lets have these woth either organic jam or honey. Remove the tuna and avocado. Not that they are bad foods they're great but we want to eliminate as many fats as possible pre workout as this will only slow the release of the carbs and ultimately effect your full potential of your workout. Try an eat at least an hour before you work out do give the best chance at proper digestion and carb uptake.

Next up is insulin sensitivity, not bad but not great i just worked out your homa.ir (1.2) off your provided bloodwork. I wouldnt wory about changing anything here because reta will play a huge influence and when ramadam starts it will put you into a depletion state and reset your sensitivity so big win here also.

Intermittent fasting even inadvertently is a big help when cutting purely because it delays our first meal and doesnt trigger hunger signaling to early.

I have my first meal at around 10 am and that allows me to pretty much time all my meals every 3ish hours after that all the way until bed time so i dont really get hungry after my first meal.

Personally brother i would hold off starting the peptide stack until after ramadam has finished. Only because with all of those compounds your body will be smashing through nutrients like a furnace. As you wont be having any water or unable to keep up electrolyte balance it may be too much for your body.

Fat loss will be a bonus of ramadam anyway brother as eating window will be its smallest.

I would have everything ready to start afterwards.

Thank you for the guidance brother, i really appreciate it.
I was thinking the same thing and going to take your advice and begin my cycle post ramadan just to be on the safe side.
Nutrition has never been my strong suit, I've just self educated myself with online content.

Bro happy to help anytime thats what evo is about! When you ready to go you should start a log brother thay way we can help give accurate advice the whole way through.

It wont take long to cut you up at all bro foundations are there. We just polish the nutrition and its timing and you will be sweet. 🙏🙏

Will definitely be logging this and get your thoughts along the way, you've been massive help already so i can only imagine the guidance you'll provide once i begin the protocol. Once again thank you

Apart from what others have recommended I would recommend you to add " Tryptophan" 2 hours before your bed time. About sleep hygeine - I have spoken in detail about my recent log.
Acne scarring, look at topical Azeliac acid cream.
If you are taking methylene blue and GHK- Cu, make sure you are supllementing with 25-30mg of zinc. As copper and Zinc competes and if not supplemented can lead to zinc deficinecy. Zinc deficiency in males can affect your test level, sperm count and quality, sometimes can even cause ED.

Also Vitamin C is crucial for collagen production and for skin health. Add upto 3 gm ( yes 3000mg) 🙃 per day.

Definitely would want to be splitting this dose throughout the day though.

Anything above 200mg in a single dose absorbtion rate begins to reduce significantly. Anything above 1000mg single dose studies have shown up to 50% reduction.

You have good base for changes but we really need to see you start a log to properly help you, i think you missed my post @JD17 right?

https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/peptide-stack-dosing-advise.108768/post-1949797

welcome to the EVO family :D @JD17 Your testosterone is a bit low in those bloods imo, but right now everything else is guesswork because we do not see your day to day training load, calories, sleep debt, or recovery.

Stack that with Ipamorelin and CJC ( cjc helps you with sleep quality as well)

Hi Gents,

Hope everyone is well, been away from this page for a while however would love if the more knowledgeable members of this group can have a look through my recent bloodtest and let me know what’s happening and what i should do. My test is ridiculously low for a person my age, the rest of the markers are within range however if ya’ll can help me interpret it clearer - it would be appreciated.

Current cycle is

SS31 - 2.5mg daily (5 days on, 2 days off)
Motc - 1mg daily (5 days on, 2 days off)
Reta - 2mg / week

Been consistent on the above cycle since early February.

welcome back to the EVO family :D @JD17 how have you been?
I checked your test and I remember your original post too I was wondering if you were ok!

tbh how can we give you real answers without seeing your log as you kept doing this last few months?

i asked you to log but I was ignored :D

welcome to the EVO family :D @JD17 Your testosterone is a bit low in those bloods imo, but right now everything else is guesswork because we do not see your day to day training load, calories, sleep debt, or recovery.

After dieting and cutting for a few months and very bad sleep because of reta, like waking every 2hrs, my test went from somewhere around 20 to 11.5 or something.

Id suggest starting a log where you can note your diet, sleep, cycle , supps. Anything really to give the bros a better look before give advice.

Your test is low and we have no log for possibly why.

You also say this below too ⬇️
Nutrition has never been my strong suit,

We can't interpret this nor guide you on solutions without some sort of history of your diet, training, supplements, sleep, or peptides that have been on board the past couple months since your first post in January.

Sorry bro it would be ill advised for anyone to guess as to the reasons as it could be any one of dozens of reasons that would have been obvious in a log.

HOW and WHY TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.

There has been almost a quarter million members on here and almost two million posts with over a thousand podcasts so your Log Journal will be taken care of here! Evolutionary.org is the most visited steroid community in the world (fact!).

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros, calories and supplements specific to your goal)
3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

Looks like your free T is pretty low. Possible that it's related to overtraining just based on a skim of your first post in this thread. How is your sleep? Have you been in a calorie deficit for a while. That could be another cause.

Hey my bro, much like all the good brothers have said above, we're gunna need a little more info from you to fill in the blanks from the start of the year. Not to worry, we're all here to help. Get that log going my man and layout some of that info. There are plenty of experienced and well informed minds here ready to help. Welcome back my man, can't wait to hear from you.

Thanks for all the comments gents, ill try to start a log as of tomorrow and that way yall can help me understand whats occurring.

Diet has been good the last couple months, on about 2500 calories. 210g protein, 270g carbs, 60g fat.

Training has been alot of volume as im prepping for a couple races. Running 2/3days a week, cycling 2 days a week, swimming 2 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. 4 days are double day of training (am and pm)

current daily supplements
tongat ali, fadogia agrestis, ashwaganda, zinc, omega 3s, magnesium, creatine 10mg, boron, fenugreek, panax ginseng

Sleep is averaging around 5/6 hours a night. I occasionally get 7 hours on sundays but its rare.

Stress is moderate. Not extreme.

Apart from my sleep and the volume of training, i cant really see anywhere else where the test could be affected from. In January i was sitting at 370 pmol/L so it has decreased over the last quarter even tho i started supplementing with the above supplement for the purpose of naturally increasing my test based on research.

I have dropped another 4kg since January and noticeable leaner and more defined. Abs can be seen in specific lighting and overall look leaner.
