Last workout for the week was glutes today :) I did two sets of Bulgarians but the second one didn’t record.. was same weight, 12 reps.
Post workout meal was the other half of my pizza from last night. Felt really strong today !
With my little mate for pics afterwards.. flexing his “big guns” 😬💪🏻

Before pregnancy a little but before that i was all cardio and no weight training.. completely th opposite now haha. I started up again about 14 months ago.. our youngest is 18 months :)

Check in today. Food has stayed the same but slight change in training. A glute smith machine squat has been added as well as RP for leg extensions. My quads have finally put one some size 🥳 1 cm this week 🥳

Really good looking workout there. Some awesome weights like +30 on back extensions, 5 plates per side on leg press and 77kg on seated hamstrings curl.

I was craving toast on the weekend and had some post workout. Sometimes it's the simple things hey.

Wednesday morning I woke up with a stomach bug and felt nauseous all day. Was down two of my meals. Despite this I felt really strong for my quad session yesterday and made some decent progressions. In for glutes later today. Just trying to rehydrate and get some more food in because I had a second wave of tummy problems last night 😑

Nice bunch of exercises there with some good weights on the BSS's, back extensions and RDL's. Maybe one or two too many exercises for me though.

This weeks check in. A few days late I’m sorry guys! This week I've dropped Anavar and brought in 250mcg of Mots C daily. Food is staying the same at the moment and will increase as needed according to my training performance. Change in gym is happening to a more advanced facility so some of my exercises will change slightly. Excited for the coming weeks to see how it all unfolds. Hope everyone is having a great week so far ☺️🖤
