Because I alternate log updates on ABX & here and can't copy paste, this page keeps getting the cardio rest days lol sorry if its boring..

Anyway little recap on mots c since starting - I am currently taking 1mg pre workout and loving it so far. It is deffitnly giving me the endurance benefits people talk about as now I have really short rest periods within my working sets in order to keep my heart rate within zone 2/3. Roughly 1 min rest periods with the weights backed off slightly but still training to failure each set. This in turn is allowing me to basically complete my cardio while doing weight lifting at the same time, instead of adding on another 30mins to the end of my workouts.

All this week I have followed along with @Jaxss & trained in the gym with him & it's been good because he has only just started mots c also and is noticing the same effects @1mg pre workout. Not getting any crazy energy but I would say just more clean energy able to focus more throughout the day with no crashes.

Sleep wasn't too bad seem to be getting my deep & rem sleep in pretty consistent but my problem is staying asleep I can only get to that 4-5hr mark and then once I'm awake thats it.

@Jaxss Was kind enough to throw me a couple slow releasing melatonin so going to give that a go tonight and will report back.

BP - 134/74 (yesterday morning) Slightly elevated but had some stressful days so to be expected. It was back down this morning just fyi - 124/74

Current weight tracking - After having the refeed and the bump on the scales from last week 111.3kg > 111.9kg

I am stoked with the trend so far this week have gone from 111.9kg on Wednesday this week to 110.3kg this morning.

The stall @ 111kg was doing my head in for the last 4 weeks I won't lie but I think my body is responding a lot better to those 2300-2500cals.

Plateau finally cracked brother, 110.3 with the waist coming down 2cm in a week is the recomp dropping body fat not just water 💪 The bump from 2416 to 2521 cal gave the metabolism the breathing room it needed. Two solid wholefood meals locked in (rib fillet + spag bol), only swap I'd make is the tim tams for 100g greek yog + berries or rice cakes + PB, same sweet hit without the seed oil + sugar combo working against the deficit.

Tried DSIP didn’t work for me either
There are other things that can affect sleep. After my wife passed away, I had trouble sleeping for months.

Well it has now been another 4 weeks since I got my last body scan and really happy with how everything is tracking. The scale isn’t moving much at all realistically but that doesn’t matter. My actual fat loss, muscle mass gains and visceral fat is night & day difference. I have started bringing out some prepped meals out to work to better offset the shit food they give out at at camp just 1 meal a day where I’ll know exactly how many macros & calories I’m eating should help a lot.

Arm day was solid plenty of pump today after work. Still keeping with the crazy workouts @Jaxss has got me on. 1 min rest keeping that heart rate the entire session in zone 2/3.

First day back out at work. Didn’t sleep too bad considering out at camp with the sleep score at 75.

I have started bringing out some prepped meals out to work to better offset the shit food they give out at at camp just 1 meal a day where I’ll know exactly how many macros & calories I’m eating should help a lot.

Arm day was solid plenty of pump today after work. Still keeping with the crazy workouts @Jaxss has got me on. 1 min rest keeping that heart rate the entire session in zone 2/3.

Forgot to pin mots c this morning & didn’t wanna risk pinning so late before bed so will start fresh come tomorrow.

Pretty exhausted after work for my training session but got it done. Didn't feel a great pump for chest and I'm trying to utilise more free weights now instead of machines just to help with some stabilisation. Ive always neglected them in the past and had issues with my shoulders so just trying to re introduce this to hopefully help with my shoulder issues.

Nothing crazy and I still think I’m in a deficit at around that 2400-2600 calories considering the work output I’m putting in at the gym. (Yesterdays back session was 1073cals burned)

Just would like to tidy it up a touch and I think bumping the Retatrutide up slightly from 3mg a week to 4mg should help a lot.

Pretty exhausted after work for my training session but got it done. The Reta won't stop you from being able to eat unlike the other GPL-1s but it helps with the food noise. If your not getting big cravings for food I'd suggest sticking it out on 3mg for a little longer.

First day back at home sleep wasn’t the greatest but managed to have a heap of naps during the day to make up for it.

First time trying slupp332 this morning before cardio and within the first 10 mins I could feel the effects people talk about. Getting hotter core temp, sweating more and not being hyper focused on the clock while doing cardio. I was on the stairmaster and usually I’d be counting down the minutes to finish but I couldn’t care less today what a game changer tbh. I’ll be keen to slowly up the dosage to experiment this as it seems the dose ceiling is very vast.

First time trying slupp332 this morning before cardio and within the first 10 mins I could feel the effects people talk about. Getting hotter core temp, sweating more and not being hyper focused on the clock while doing cardio. I was on the stairmaster and usually I’d be counting down the minutes to finish but I couldn’t care less today what a game changer tbh. I’ll be keen to slowly up the dosage to experiment this as it seems the dose ceiling is very vast.

Alright so the time has come after a lot of weighing up the pros & cons and speaking with a lot of fellow loggers here and close friends to start the process and jump on TRT.

It was inevitable due to my lower markers in my bloodwork and frankly I was sick of always feeling so tired & fatigued all the damn time plus the constant brain fog. I managed to make sure I nailed my sleep last week as the last common denominator to be 100% sure that wasn’t the leading issue for me & yeah all last week at work just tired as hell with proper restful sleep & high sleep scores.

So I will be moving forward and starting my TRT dose at 105mg per week with daily injections to try and mitigate the potential e2 side effects with aromatizing.

I have got some cialis & aromasin on the way but the plan will be to monitor BP, general feeling or any sensitivity’s over these next 4-6 weeks until next bloods & re assess.

My main concerns I had to overcome mentally was future kid planning, gyno & hair loss.

Hair loss:
I have started topically applying some minoxidil and ketoconazole shampoo to see if that may help but realistically I’ve just accepted if the hair goes I’ll be off to turkey for a hair transplant.

Gyno:
Similiar to above I will monitor very closely how I’m feeling moving foward along with bloodwork to try manage too much aromatisation but if this does end up coming along surgery will be the ticket and I’ve accepted that.

Future kids:
After reading a few of the awesome pct & fertility logs we have here on evo. I was happy to see that there is options out there for when & if the time comes that I’ll want kids. For now, with me still being 30 that is well and truely down the track & right now my main focus is creating a better lifestyle for me.

Lastly my TD pic from @Prymal 🔥🔥
There is a couple peptides there for a future endeavour to try do a bit of a mito stack combo. This will be after I strip right back to the basics of just Reta, Klow, Test e & every now and then HGH or Tesamorelin. I respond really well to the Tesamorelin so I may look to keep that going instead of HGH.

I’m not sure if it’s been said or not but if you’re going subq daily with the test get atleast a 10mm needle imo shorter needles sting the fat a bit more. This is if you aren’t going IM

Alright so the time has come after a lot of weighing up the pros & cons and speaking with a lot of fellow loggers here and close friends to start the process and jump on TRT.

It was inevitable due to my lower markers in my bloodwork and frankly I was sick of always feeling so tired & fatigued all the damn time plus the constant brain fog. I managed to make sure I nailed my sleep last week as the last common denominator to be 100% sure that wasn’t the leading issue for me & yeah all last week at work just tired as hell with proper restful sleep & high sleep scores.

So I will be moving forward and starting my TRT dose at 105mg per week with daily injections to try and mitigate the potential e2 side effects with aromatizing.

I have got some cialis & aromasin on the way but the plan will be to monitor BP, general feeling or any sensitivity’s over these next 4-6 weeks until next bloods & re assess.

My main concerns I had to overcome mentally was future kid planning, gyno & hair loss.

Hair loss:
I have started topically applying some minoxidil and ketoconazole shampoo to see if that may help but realistically I’ve just accepted if the hair goes I’ll be off to turkey for a hair transplant.

Yeah I’ll have to manage sides with the higher body fat still but I think it’s gunna pay off for me in the long run 😄
