Great update brother, loving the progress

Recap:
Bit of a boring day for meals was a busy day getting everything in order before I fly back out to work tomorrow.

Sleep was mint again two nights in a row, this is using @RGSX sleep cycle support two tablets 30 mins before bed has been working well. Plenty of deep & rem sleep. I’ll be using my DSIP nasal spray to kick me out of my shift work habits when I fly back home from my work swings then using the sleep cycle support to keep me going throughout the week.

Was a quicker gym session today with limited time. I focused on keeping my heart rate in zone 2 for the complete session including cardio. So I decided to aim for less rest times & for some added pain I decided to drop set each exercise to make it a little quicker session.

@ZenithHealth Retatrutide is settling well at the 3mg weekly since upping the dosage with no sides or issues. It’s a sweet spot atm for me which is allowing me to still hit my macros and stay in a deficit.

Got another inbody scan done today (4 weeks since last) with some really interesting results which I will post below after this.

INBODY SCAN UPDATE: (4 weeks)

Thought I would write up a seperate update with some interesting results since my last Inbody Scan that was only done 4 weeks ago.

I noticed over the last couple of weeks my weight sort of stagnated and wasn’t too sure what was going on 100% So I decided to get another scan at the 4 week mark today and the results really surprised me. I have uploaded both scans below but this is the main changes I noted.

Over the course of 4 weeks the scale weight only changed from 114.8kg > 112.1kg

But..

Total fat mass went from 43.1kg > 37.5kg

-5.6kg

Total muscle mass from 41.6kg > 43.2kg

+1.6kg

Lean mass from 71.7kg > 74.6kg

+2.9kg

Body water from 52.5L > 54.6L

+2.1L

Visceral fat 20 points > 17 points

So realistically it’s a massive difference compared to just what the scale was telling me. Yes the tesamorelin has made me hold onto some more water weight as expected but holy I’m impressed with what changes I’ve had in just 4 weeks.

Thought this would be an interesting one to share and really didn’t expect to be even putting on any muscle mass while in a deficit. I think the Retatrutide & Tesamorelin combo is a banger personally but open to hear from some of the more experienced guys here what you think.

Massive thanks again to @ZenithHealth for supplying the Retatrutide & @Prymal for supplying the Tesamorelin.

You both are bloody legends 🤙🔥🔥

Really interesting results with the body scan, curious to think what people like @LevButlerov think regarding weight loss with muscle gain whilst not on any strong anabolics

Solid training day today still managing to hit some PB’s and my strength feels like it isn’t tapering off just yet. Very interested to see what my next body scan is going to look like hopefully some muscle gains whilst loosing this weight would be prime.

Not sure what was going on with my deep sleep last night. I have tried DSIP the last two nights and I’d say it is helping and moving forward I will use it to snap out of my shift work schedule for when I get back home after my swings. Just 1 nasal spray pump sorts me out.

Good little comparison photo to finish off tonight’s update 💪💪

Thanks brother!

Sleep is always the one thing I try to keep on top off sometimes pretty hard with the shift work and long days

Recap:

Settling back into work second day back out here now, was a quicker gym session today and it was packed, no cardio equipment available so just did my push session and called it for an early one.

Have started noticing some small red welts popping up occasionally depending where I pin in the abdomen. Not sure if it is just a histamine reaction or not. Since I am dulling the needle drawing both 2mg Tesamorelin & 150mcg Ipamorelin for 1 pin maybe that is why?

I need to first work out if it is the GHK-CU or Tesa/Ipa combo. Ive noticed some slight stinging sensation when I pin the Tesamorelin but I think that is just due to reconstituting it with 1ML back water. Moving forward I'll make sure to reconstitute it with at least 2-3ml.

I don't have any itchyness or soreness it's just a red lump which seems kind of normal from what I've seen online anyway. Open to more feedback on that one.

Macros I'm happy with, was less calories today but didn't feel that hungry tbh throughout the day.
Hopefully gym isn't as packed come tomorrow for a good leg day session!

Red lumps are very normal, I get them all the time, especially because i also inject oils as well, it takes a few days to go away but is absolutely harmless, just remember to rotate injection sites

Nice update. Try and get in that cardio brother.

The red lumps are normal. Just rotate injection sites. Leave the vial out a little after taking it out of the fridge. Inject it slowly.

From what I've read up on, that stinging seems to be common with GHK-Cu users, some people seem to think diluting it helps. Never taken it myself though, so better to touch base with someone who has.

This is great bro, well done! Super stoked for you! Scales can be so damn deceptive sometimes! 😀

I read a bit of chatter around Mitochondrial support earlier and want to throw in NAD+ as an option. At 50mg EOD I get great energy out of it especially on your calorie deficit.

Your ALT was up earlier are you going to address this? I did see you’re running some NAC. High exercise and low calories will do this unfortunately. I’ve had the same issue.

Cheers bro yeah I reconned the GHK with 3ml and it doesn't sting at all which is good. The Tesa on the other hand is only reconned with 1ML so I think that's why it's hurting a bit.

Thanks mate haha yeah the scale results were definitely testing me.

Yeah probably about 2 weeks away from looking to try MOTS-C was my thinking but I'll look into NAD aswell and do some reading up on it.

ALT from a few guys I asked about my last bloods they weren't too concerned with that number at this stage. only about another week or so away from another set of bloods so ill have a look again and post it here to see if it might be something ill need to address.

Mixing in the same syringe sometimes it doesn't want to pull the IPA dosage out after I've pulled my Tesa dosage if that makes sense.
Yeah was a big day - 13 hours at work not including travel back to camp etc so im not too stressed about missing the one cardio session.
Doing well @Yeahnah great looking meal prep nice consistent workouts
Cheers brother!
Definitely the GHK, it stings a bit, but its harmless,
After taking more notice into my pins it actually turns out to be the GHK doesn't sting at all but the Tesa does. But my thinking is its because I only reconned it with 1ML bac water?
Bro I would rather have less bacon and more eggs!
When I'm not at camp I do. The eggs are absolutely shocking out here. Not much else for selection for breakfast I usually skip it if I can but need try get some sort of calories into me.

Nice update mate.

That workout looks good. Good selection of exercises.

Your cals for the day are pretty low there. Also not the biggest fan of the bacon and sausage.

Thanks mate.

Yeah its either skip breakfast or there's cereal, ham cheese croissants, breakfast burger, hash browns at camp.

Not a fan either just quietly but have got to grab something. When I'm on nightshift I can skip and go straight to bed. Dayshift which is what I'm on this week I have to have something in the morning.

Only other thing I can look to do is a protein shake but I already have one for lunch every day (double scoop WPI)

That's a mine camp / other FIFO type camp?

And you are low carb so can't do oatmeal right?

Mixing in the same syringe sometimes it doesn't want to pull the IPA dosage out after I've pulled my Tesa dosage if that makes sense.

Loving your work my dude. Out here going great guns. Congratulations on your progress, keep on keeping on, cos it's working.

If I were to offer one piece of advice, it would be to just do seperate pins for each peptide you are using. Alot of them don't mix well at all and fits are cheap as chips my man. For the sake of saving a syringe and another pin site, you want to get the most out of your gear.

If acquiring pins are a problem, please look into your local NSP next time before you go back to work. Fitpacks are cheap, most of the time free and free to exchange the used ones for clean ones.

I'm almost certain the histamine type response you're getting with the red welts will stop when you do seperate pins in sites a decent distance away from each other. Always swab too. I like to hit my lower love handles rather than my belly, if I do pin my belly its below the Navel line.

Let us know what you reckon and how You go brother.

Cheers brother!

Yeah ill give that a go when I'm back home next week only brought enough syringes with me for the week doing to tesa / ima combo pin.

I just got some 29g x 6mm and noticed I don't really need to go at it at 45 degrees can just go straight on to get into the subQ. With my 29g x 12.7mm or 8mm I usually go in at an angle if that is correct? Or maybe cause I still have a fair bit of fat I can just go straight on with those ones also

I just got some 29g x 6mm and noticed I don't really need to go at it at 45 degrees can just go straight on to get into the subQ. With my 29g x 12.7mm or 8mm I usually go in at an angle if that is correct? Or maybe cause I still have a fair bit of fat I can just go straight on with those ones also
You can do a 45 with the longer tips of thats more comfortable, thats what I do. The shorter tipped 50 unit (0.5ml) pins are shit to draw up with but are a direct jab for thinner skinned individuals.

The ones I mean are like a BD ultrafine 29g x 12.7. They're whats in most fitpacks.
Fitpacks are $5 at chemists with 5 pins, free to exchange and they're free of charge at most community centres and they come in their own disposal bin.

Brother, I know you will get a much better result out of your peps and have far fewer hassles using seperate pins for each compound. I strongly encourage you to follow this route of administration next time, its also best practice from from a hygiene and harm minimisation standpoint.

You're having a crack my man and I love the dedication. Keep up the good work brother. We're absolutely here for it and want the best for you and your success. 💪🏼🔥

I can but hard to show in a picture.

Basically sometimes it'll not want to pull the Tesa out after I've pulled the IPA.

For example ill pull 6 units of IPA then take it out and put into tesa vial to try pull 20 units and it just pulls air.
you might need longer tips to make this easier @Yeahnah check @Doctakay post

Yeah bro so I've got BD 29g x 12.7 & 31g x 6mm & 31g x 8mm.

Funnily enough the longer syringe (12.7mm) at 45 seems to be more smoother of a pin then the 8mm or 6mm straight on

Next week I'll give the seperate pinning a crack when I'm back home. Gives me a chance to seperate the Tesa & IPA anyway and do the Tesa AM & IPA PM

Yeah bro, it’s literally just the skin layer and you feel nothing else with the depth. If you start doing IM you don’t feel anything either unless you’re a bit tense and it feels like when you get a flu shot.

Recap:

Just a quick update tonight.

Had our ritual weekly BBQ out at work today, it wasn't the cleanest of meals today but I made do to try hit my macros for the day.

Was meant to be a rest day for me but couldn't help it just wanted to get some kind of a workout in because of my food intake today and did a quick arm session followed by 30mins cardio zone 2.

Trying to get to bed earlier tonight to see if I can get some better sleep numbers.

Will look to update my waist measurements tomorrow hopefully!

Is the 12.7mm usually used for IM aswell?

Or is it longer again

Great protein there 😍

This is great bro, well done! Super stoked for you! Scales can be so damn deceptive sometimes! 😀

I read a bit of chatter around Mitochondrial support earlier and want to throw in NAD+ as an option. At 50mg EOD I get great energy out of it especially on your calorie deficit.

Your ALT was up earlier are you going to address this? I did see you’re running some NAC. High exercise and low calories will do this unfortunately. I’ve had the same issue.
Hey bro just touching back on this. Will be getting ready to start with trialling mots-c when I’m back from work.

With the NAD have you ever looked into this also? https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au...sules?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=23392453414

Recap:

Second last day out here at work then back home.

Food started off not so great - Whenever they do ham cheese croissants at the mess / kitchen I have to treat myself, came back strong at the end of the day to tidy it up & gave me a little refeed today anyway after a low week of calories. Wasn't going to train today but thought I would try to make it up for the ham cheese croissants this morning lol.

Solid session tonight, strength felt good & is still improving slightly and looking forward to training at the gym at home when I get back.

Had a busy day at work today which kept me on my feet we had a lot of training and drills.

Sleep was a bit of a let down unfortunately but this will come good by the time I'm back home.

Peptides are going great since switching back to the 29g x 12.7mm I'm making more of a conscience effort at where I'm pinning now and the angle etc so it isn't hurting / burning as much. I think the issue I found was the other syringes I was using were 29g x 6mm and I was still trying to pin at 45 degrees so I personally don't think it was going in far enough for subq and because it was too short it was just sitting in my skin layer if that makes sense?

I think the issue I found was the other syringes I was using were 29g x 6mm and I was still trying to pin at 45 degrees so I personally don't think it was going in far enough for subq and because it was too short it was just sitting in my skin layer if that makes sense?

good training volume :D chest press up to 80 and you kept going nice! @Yeahnah
the sleep you need to start pushing in more sleep aids imo
nice meal pics and macros sem good but you should start modding things like mashed potatoes for yams or sweet potato

on the sub q, the oil pockets can be an issue for sure, try the bigger one and see how you feel :D

Thanks sucks about the sleep mate. Hopefully improves when you're home like you said.

Workout looks good. 80kg on the chest press is good going and then the triple drop after sounds tough!

Nice update bro. Some tasty looking meals!

How you going with the GHK-Cu? How long have you been taking it and have you noticed much difference?
Cheers brother!

Yeah can’t tell much just yet started on the 20th of march took a heap of before photos of my hair and all my scaring on my legs so can hopefully compare come a few months down the track.

Thanks Lev when I’m out at work for the week can’t choose my foods (very limited options) one night they might do mash potato the next might be roasted potatoes etc

Sleep or lack of is part and parcel of mining. Small rooms with paper thin walls can never nail it.

This is what I take to help sleep 2 capsules

this will work as a sleep supp :D can you get ear plugs for sleep? @Yeahnah
Yeah it works well to get me to sleep for sure

Got a real bad ear infection last time I tried using plugs wasn’t nice haha.

It’s more just the time in the day I work 12-13 hours while I’m out at work then train, eat shower by the time that’s all done doesn’t leave me with much time for sleep before I have to get up again at 3am.

I’m use to it now but and since adding my supps it has helped me get through my days a lot easier too

That FIFO schedule is brutal mate, 12-13 hours plus training and eating doesn't leave much for sleep at all. Good to hear the supps are helping you push through though. Your body will thank you when you're back home for the week 👌

Cheers brother yeah can definitely get full on. There is basically two types of people out there, ones that’ll head straight to the pub every day after knock off and ones that’ll still have a crack and head to the gym to keep fit. I’ve done both and I much prefer how I feel now keeping fit 😆💪

I decided to drop the sleep supplement I use last night and had a very broken sleep. Is there anything wrong with continually taking my sleep support supp long term?

Tbh mate this supplement is waayyyy tooo strong imo. When I do take melatonin I do 1-2mg. Perhaps try 1 capsule instead?

I have several BB FIFO friends that competes so it's definitely double to be FIFO and stay fit, as you noted correctly it's all about your choices and you are in the right track!

Seems to be a trend roughly 300g a week loss on the scales with a bit of a recomp going on by the looks 😆

Awesome to see you have a gym buddy to go workout with, you tend to fix up any bad form when you have another set of eyes.

I still don't understand how people can function on 5.5 hours of sleep, that is insane

Recap:

Got an early gym session tomorrow with a mate so just did some zone 2 cardio today.

I for some reason decided to not take my sleep supp last night so will get back into that so I can sort back out my sleep. I might try and add some DSIP also tonight.

Just a quick update tonight not much else to report.
