I’m going to start a new log to align with my goal.
As you have seen I started a skin log with GLOW and GHK, which turned Into a physique log. So thought it was best to start a fresh one!

My current weight is 93.5kg
Goal weight - another 2kg of fat.

Nice start to the log bro, looking good! as @LevButlerov mentioned no TRT ? Just wondering if your past you had 10 years of gear. And off for last 5. If you aren’t on TRT. Were you previously going full PCT during those years ? Or did you go through a long process to get your natural levels up ?

Also nice peptide stack , log might be over pretty quick if goal is 2kg of fat. Running pretty keen doses on Reta and HGH. How are you finding Reta at 5mg a week? And also HGH at 10iu a day!? Self funded too $$ that’s a lot of coin unless you importing yourself.

That’s correct mate, I ran HCG and clomid on and off the whole time.
Yes it was very hard to get my FSH and TH to kick back in.
I kept training and they are normal now. I still keep the HCG and clomid in

Honestly, I’m about week 3 into 5mg Reta and it’s melting the fat that quick, combined with the GH too.

It is making me flat though at this dose. I think im going to bring it back to 2mg weekly, and try to fill out with the GH and up my calories to 2000.

I switched to the Indian enclomiphine recently, it seems to be better.
I don’t stay on clomid for long. Just do 2-3 weeks at a time to keep the FSH / LH working

Today I moved into my new house, absolute punish!
But my partner and I got it done and $1500 later for Removalist lol.

Didn’t train today.
Yesterday I had a decent back session.
As stated earlier, I’ll be dropping the Reta down to 2.5mg per week for now.

Let’s see how that goes. I’m looking for that HGH fullness and roundness.

I’ll be starting the SS31 from @War Born Peptides shortly also!

My lower back is killing me, I’m currently cased out in the sofa hahaha.

Definitely going to take weeks to settle mate.

I feel lately, the vitamin D and SS31. My energy levels are very stable throughout the day. I don’t get that drained feeling after work in late afternoon. I’m motivated to do more work home if that makes sense.

I ran some bloods last week and were okay but some numbers were off.


Hematocrit - 0.553 L/L
Hemoglobin - 174 g/l
ALT - 41 U/l
AST 19U/l
Bilirubin total - 5.5mcmol/l

Everything else with in range.

Forxiga is well studied to increase Haemoglobin/hematocrit

And Retatrutide increase ALT due to rapid fat lipolysis.

What’s everyone’s thoughts?

Yes brother, ran it a few years ago, always with hgh.

Insulin shines with testosterone and HGH. You can expect fuller muscle bellies, strength and lots of size. Think Dorian Yates in the 90s compared to his competition. Bigger, fuller.

For me, im using it for pushing nutrients to the muscle, not running testosterone I can expect some size, fullness and strength

A little update

Well, I’ve reached my initial goal weight this week, in at 91.5kg this morning.

So where to from here? I think I’m going to pull the Reta right back to 1.5mg weekly now and focus more on maintaining condition while slowly improving shape and fullness. I’ll keep the insulin and HGH in there to keep pushing the roundness and overall look.

I’m very pleased with this current peptide stack. I feel amazing honestly, better than I ever did on testosterone and other gear.

Today I did feel a little flat, but my calories weren’t great quality. I was working in the CBD and had to buy lunch on the go. That being said, strength in the gym still held up pretty well.

Also wanted to do a quick review on Semax Nasal. It’s honestly up there as one of my favourite peptides. It puts me in a focused, motivated, and generally great mood for most of the day. Feels very clean and noticeable without being overstimulating. Current dose is 2 sprays in each nostril every morning.

Do you get any nausea from the semax heard some reports of people being nauseous and unable to eat
