I’m going to start a new log to align with my goal.
As you have seen I started a skin log with GLOW and GHK, which turned Into a physique log. So thought it was best to start a fresh one!
My current weight is 93.5kg
Goal weight - another 2kg of fat.
Along with recomp, I want to make this a health and longevity log too, hence my stack below. Note I don’t take gear, those days are gone for me after 10 years of this previously.
Been off for 5 years now.
