I've been close after some heavy deadlifts

Yep definitely, especially after heavy deadlifts 😅
Had one session with burpees and pull ups where my heart rate went absolutely through the roof and it genuinely rattled me for a minute. Had to stand there focusing on my breathing until everything settled back down 😂
