high protein is good :D but still need to work on carbs if you can.

you're high up there! scary! your legs must be crazy strong to climb up that high! EVO family support!

and meal looks hot @toddthelineman and true push with the 16 pull ups

@HarleyGuy @Allupfromhere @Pigsy @waggat @Trenhead3cc @Kopite67
@Grumpy @LH5515 @Yuri @Doctakay @catdadironman @bss

16 pull ups pretty impressive
Thanks! I was always decent at body weight exercises. I’m not very heavy. When I was very thin the most I did was 23. And I don’t regularly train them. My son did 17 without regularly training. He’s a small guy.

IMO it’s more impressive if you have to work for it.

Touchdown!

I’m trying. I was hoping to finish it off in the evening but I feel asleep on the couch with my boots on hahaha. Not quite sure how all this is going to work out in the short term. Just going to try to keep progressing in some way or another until things settle down. Work is going so well I can’t really be too upset about it.
Sleep and recovery is more important then squeezing in the rest. Specially when your body is signaling time to sleep boots or no boots. You did the right thing.

With the work you do during the day that's some sick volume for training bro. Beast mode.

Another 12.5 mg aromasin. Nipples were pretty sensitive today. That’s what I get for playing with my doses hahaha
Man your body really reacts to certain compounds and dosages eh? I recall your 19-nor stories.

So, I had been taking 150mg test e with no ai. For a while, pretty much all winter. Bloodwork e2 was 49 with the top of the range 39. Started with 6.25 aromasin

Then I went up to 150mg twice a week, with 6.25 aromasin each pin day.

Then last Thursday, from work and my previous workouts which weren’t much, but the work was super tough, I basically failed to recover and my quads and chest felt tender and almost torn even after three days with no workout and I was still deep in the shit at work. So my inner Sméagol told me to take a bigger shot, which I did. 300mg test e and 12.5mg aromasin. Well, by the next day I did feel more recovered and I sure did fight my way out of that ridiculous ravine, but I hit my chest with a machine and my nipple screamed at me hahaha. No big deal. Another 12.5 aromasin and I’m all good.

But I guess yeah, I’m pretty sensitive to everything. Idk. I’d have to really take a lot of blood tests and seen a lot of time graphing it all out to get a really good grasp on it. And that would be the right thing to do, but impractical

Sounds like you're on top of things though which is good. Many bros would ignore and not pay attention to their body. With your level of grunt work and activity I'm thinking higher Test and as much recovery time as you're able to allow yourself is best. 12.5mg aromasin twice a week might be prudent given you sit high on e2 even at 150mg so that aromasin dose shouldn't crash you but keep you low/mid range on TRT and in range on 300mg.

Glad to see the GH ready to get on board from @US-pharmacies too!

Do you end up working every day of the week when you are busy?

Pretty efficient workout for 13 minutes!

I’m rarely working production seven days a week, but it does happen. I usually have an office day and a maintenance day where I work on trucks and stuff, and sometimes it’s just pure physical recovery. I almost never work my whole crew seven days, I’ll rotate them. It’s too much. I used to do it, work for weeks on end. It’s seriously hard on you. When I did that stuff all the time I was like 150 pounds and I got hurt a lot

Regarding the workout, I just ripped through my warm ups, load the plates and lift. I knew I wasn’t going to be able to finish it but it’s better than nothing at all. I was also feeling very weak from just being physically depleted. So I chose the workouts that wouldn’t directly affect my ability to work. It’s all I can sustain right now and given the situation I feel good about it💪

@LevButlerov thanks for reminding me to post the macros. As you can see I fell quite a bit short because I fell asleep before dinner time. I’m ok with it. Things will tighten up as I continue to log, like they did last time. No specific goals or timeframes. Just trying to dial in

So, I just got this touchdown, and took a whole one for verification. I did once get ugl cialis that was totally ineffective. But this stuff is toooootally effective hahaha. I’ll be taking 5mg daily to help with blood pressure

This gh is kicking hard hahaha. No morning dose tomorrow. I got a long drive. I’d need to bring a cot to sleep on 😂
Bros, you got a tough job for sure. Sometimes I sleep in my van. I got a little mattress I keep in there. I don't want to deal with the traffic sometimes living here in Southern Cali.

I actually used to have a bed built in to the back seat of my truck. As I was building it, it seemed like they made little pockets for 2x4s to stand in just for it. It’s pretty cool, folds up and you can carry it like a suitcase and put it in the bed of the truck, or keep it made up and store things under and on top of it. But it’s not very very comfortable because I’m just too tall to be sleeping sideways in a truck. I got a cramp back there one time it was torture.

But before I started my company I would camp in the truck all the time and save my hotel money. I was grumpy a lot but it really added up hahaha

The blood pressure is looking really solid. @toddthelineman and resting heart rate is not bad considering how hard you work.

I’m used to it being much better and I’m hoping to get back there. For most of my adult life my heart rate was in the 40s. I’d like to see it in the low 60s. I did used to run pretty frequently, but I get shin splints now and haven’t figured out how to fix that

yes carbs way low, with your work and output you need 500 carbs+ tbh @toddthelineman

When I do manage to get the carbs in, I do seems to be a bit stronger the next day but it seems like no matter the source I get really gassy and bloated and I don’t always “want” carbs. But I do crave them sometimes and it will usually be a candy binge. So I am actually intending to keep the carbs high, it’s just very unnatural to me to eat that way. Most carbs will make me very gassy, but usually not candy or honey or syrup. White rice is not bad but the amount required to hit 500g definitely does. I’m still 200g short today and I was just at a team event with a ton of people trying to find something I can do by myself so I can fart like I’ve got a set of lungs in my ass😂. I have been this way for as long as I can remember and it’s why I loved being carnivore.

as you get older these injuries become chronic.

But it’s not very very comfortable because I’m just too tall to be sleeping sideways in a truck. I got a cramp back there one time it was torture.

But before I started my company I would camp in the truck all the time and save my hotel money. I was grumpy a lot but it really added up hahaha
Bros, hell yeah, that's what we like to see!

I have been this way for as long as I can remember and it’s why I loved being carnivore.
are you able to go with some honey and rice cakes? :D

Frustrating

9.5 hours sleep nice! I noticed that your sleep is often listed in a split way. What does that mean?

How much coffee were you typically drinking each day?

I noticed that your sleep is often listed in a split way. What does that mean?
I have been waking up, sometimes to pee, other times I’m just awake. Like wide awake. For several weeks I wasn’t able to go back to sleep and I would just get up and get my day started, hoping I’d be tired early. Wasn’t really working
How much coffee
Hard to say. I’d usually make a French press in the morning with ever increasing strength. Then coffee one or two more times that day. It may be fine for others but it’s not fine for me. Makes it so I can’t hydrate, almost certainly affects my blood pressure directly and or indiry and trashes my sleep

I love seeing you so healthy and sleeping so well. Your BP is phenomenal bro!
Just curious have you done bloodwork yet to test if the Glutathione is helping with liver enyzmes?

Daughter-made seafood soup is super cute too.

Installing docks on Monday musta been fun (haha ya right). I used to need to recruit like 4 guys for the docks I'd put in.

The waterskiing really does count as a workout, it used to make my lats have DOMS for days!

My enzymes were good on the start, so I’m just doing a low dose, kind of throwing everything at my skin because I’ve been outside for basically my whole life, and my years of vice, and then sportsTRT+xyz/# for six years has me looking battle worn. Used to be a cute kid hahaha

Gosh I think we had like eight people and two boats. But it was just me and the cornfedest 22 year old slamming in the poles. I may have down played it a little, we also cleaned up flood debris, which is like, waterlogged trees and stuff. We did more today. That was just the temporary docks, our 18,000# $60,000 brand new pier caught every single tree in the river and was lifted off the bed and almost flipped over. Pretty fun being on it today while lifting it with the crane over loaded by 9000#, poking at tree stumps as they fall out of the frame and make the crane bounce😱😂. We had all the gawkers out there with their cell phones

What’s crazy is, show skiers are mostly amazing athletes and very few of them look like it. Everybody shows up in the spring all pasty and fat. By August all the dudes are looking strong and the girls looking like dancers. You can tell by looking at any good show skier what they are best at. Short guys: jump, especially inverts. Skinny guys: barefoot. Powerlifter build: strap doubles. Girl has delt caps: star swivel skier. And then there’s the circus freaks that skied in the womb. They can do everything better than anyone hahahaha

Haha what a great reply to everything. Didn't know any of that about waterskiing!

Ok now those aren't the docks I installed that's for sure. That sounds like you need a boom crane ideally and some dynamite for the bottom of the lake LOL

Will bring dynamite next time. Do we have an approved source for that? I’m out of the loop

Glutathione is helping with liver enyzmes?
Oh yeah, regarding glutathione, I’ve used it a handful of times now. And my unscientific presumption is that it works very strongly, and very temporarily. So if you had a good, cheap source, something like 100mg injected per day would have your liver damn near bullet proof. No idea what else could happen from that, but people do it for sure.

huge car there :D wow lol :P i hope we dont have approved for it

DNP the most dangerous drug imo for bodybuilding besides Nubain etc
Oh 100% by FAR! I've never even had the slightest inkling to go anywhere near DNP. Just diet and get on the damn treadmill LOL

I eat donuts and deep fry ribeyes🤷‍♂️. Dnp probably won’t help. I actually made a scene on some donuts today. It gets on my nerves that someone always feels like they have to bring donuts. Like, your kids don’t enjoy being fat and performing in a public show of athletic skill. Why bring donuts and you don’t even eat them? And definitely don’t look at me when I eat all of them because I fucking hate you for bringing them hahahaha. I bring bags of oranges and one time I brought strawberries from my garden because we had too many and no time to deal with them. The kids ate them so fast.

That’s what they all say lol. I have a buddy that’s like, really a prepper. I was joking about coming and staying with him (I would not actually) and he said no. I eat too much hahaha

But really I don’t eat all thaaaaaat much until my activity levels get really high. It’s still a lot. Still way more than people would believe until they saw it with their own eyes. But not like 7000 cals a day with five digit binges. It gets like that when I’m really going hard. And I am capable of eating less. I just get smaller and meaner hahaha

Well man. 500g seems like a lot. I’m not sure I’ve ever done it two days in a row. It’s 11.5 cups of rice hahaha. I don’t digest very well, and I get bloated. I’m carrying way more water than I’m used to. And I seem to be very inflamed. First my neck, now my lower back has me in pretty bad shape. I did get some rice cakes today. Hahaha those things have nothing to them! I ate half a pack with honey and I was full and hungry at the same time.

I'm a prepper too and very few are invited when the shit hits the fan LOL.
Tbh the only person in my life I can think I would want to be there is my dad, but he’s very sick. And also we would butt heads badly. I suppose I’d just fall in with whoever needs and values my help and then fade when things get weird. So just regular life lol.

I have a few friends who are very smart, practical, and resourceful. And they would definitely want me around because we’ve done hard things together. But I’m pretty rough compared to them and I’m not sure we’d make the same choices in a jam. But then again, maybe! I adhere to the idea that most people would do similar things in similar situations. Such as, had Pablo Escobar grown up in Delaware or wherever with the Bidens, he would have been much more like them. Or, when I talk to someone who says they have never ever been in a fight, and that there is never a reason to fight and anyone who fights is a degenerate I have sometimes tried, with limited success, to explain to them that if they had grown up where and when I did, they almost definitely would have if they were able to.

if you have high carb inflammation I think its time to cut it back to carnivore, maybe your body cant handle it @toddthelineman

@toddthelineman I grow strawberries all season. They are so easy to grow. All you have to do is keep them elevated and keep them watered once a day, but not too much water. They produce every day like 10 strawberries for me.

I was thinking that. At least temporarily. I did eat a whole bunch of garbage and I’m sure that’s what really set it off, but that’s kinda the thing. I have such a big appetite sometimes and I’ll eat some kind of junk food and I don’t stop

you can test cycle carnivore in and out :D

No pics of those doughnuts? Now that's a shame lol
These were like, cheap cheap sad poverty donuts. Now I used to work in Indianapolis, which was built in a circle, and they have a thing about doughnuts. There’s a bakery called Long’s and that place has lines going down the street. When the doughnuts are still fresh and warm, that’s really something else. But seriously food like that is worse than drugs for me. I don’t even want it, but I can’t stop and it makes me miserable lol

That’s actually what I have been doing for years now, but I haven’t had a bad flare up in a really long time. Well now I have to because this is full blown sciatica. I’m in bad shape. It was the stupid donuts
i think its worth to try again :D

Those meals look fantastic man. @toddthelineman as far as the donuts go, there are fewer bad donuts out there. It just depends on how they make them and how they fry them. The real killer is the sugar.

@toddthelineman you are definitely a complicated guy. Seems like you're very intelligent but you just kinda had a bad break in life.

Bros, one of my wife's friends' husband started up his own donut shop. He used to show up super early in the morning, like 1:00 a.m., to start making them. They'd sell out by like 9:00 a.m. every day. Lots of cops used to go there, lined up like you said. @toddthelineman

Tracked my food today. Working the last two days with full blown sciatica in both legs was probably the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever done. But I was able to delegate most of the work that would hurt me, and it’s so hard and so necessary to stay mobile when I’m like this. I felt drastically better today, but I took it easy.

I’ve been just doing dead hangs I think they are called? And some pull ups. And walking.

low carbs high fat :D if you can get some bars if possible on the work road
do you have time to get massage? @toddthelineman

Quick update: sciatica is 90%+ resolved. I’ve mostly been taking it easy, but I’ve waterskied a few times. Planning on lifting in the morning but no lower body stuff or anything loading my spine.

I wasn’t really tracking but my diet was basically low carb/high fat which just heats seems to work for me as far as pain and inflammation goes. I didn’t go fully carnivore or zero carbs, I don’t think that was necessary. Probably around 100 carbs a day, but a couple days it was lower.

Here’s some food pics:

The pancakes are banana egg pancakes and the ribs are beef ribs in a pressure cooker. They were outstanding
