Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:
Test E - Nice and easy TRT pin today.
HGH - 3iu. Once I trained and tightened things up I felt the benefits of the GH today in my joints. Lets see how things progress.
Overall - TRT now. No issues so far.

**I have a high protien, lower carb and fat diet as I have found this is what works for me. Yes, I have tried higher carbs, didn't work well

**Pretty happy with this. Failed on 142.5 like I did 2 weeks ago but without any pain this time. Definitely coming soon.

** New exercise. Went 10,9,8 for the 40kg which was ok. Shoulder and chest tie-in area is a weak point and got really tired. These are a keeper for sure.

Pullovers ezybar 15x15kg (bar not included)
**New exercise. Wasn't sure if the bar could substitute for a DB but it was actually perfect. Really felt the lack of flexibility in the stretch so these will benefit me greatly down the track.

**Good start in the progression of these. First 2 were slightly uncomfortable, 3rd was tough.
Daily thoughts
Back into it today after my deload week. It was probably the best return session I have ever done after a break.
I took my time, warmed up completely especially through my shoulders and made sure there was plenty of rest between sets.
I was able to push to the edge without pain and tightened my upper body nicely over the course of the session.
Really feeling good about this block of training and what it will bring. Bit wiser in my overall outlook to a training session and this will pay huge dividends where weaknesses and avoiding injuries are concerned.
The fails in lifts were kind of expected as I have never been able to take a week off and come back exactly where I left off. But this time was very close to that.
New back training session tomorrow, looking forward to this alot.
Diet wise, today was the biggest carb hit in a long time. Italian lunch will do that.
Tomorrow I start to further trim things a bit. I have started in places but tomorrow gets more serious. Protein will sit above 400 and I will trim carbs and fats a little to see what happens physically. An additional experiment on top of TRT.
