Dropping back from 7iu hgh to 6iu for now.
Will do some tests around hgh timing and doing also with insulin timing and windows to see how we can tweak and adjust based off morning BG reads.
Strength / Endurance Changes:
Strength holding, minimal increases of any compared to last week.
Pumps / Vascularity / Fullness:
Pumps still.amazong and vascularirty holding even as we go up in weight
Recovery Speed:
No issues with recovery or fatigue ready to hammer each session
Physique Notes:
Still holding great conditioning, still slight fat layer over the midsection but nice dry and full
Overall Thoughts This Week:
Bigger scale weight movement , possible water retention increase coupling BG rise
Adjustments Needed:
Monitor blood glucose doesn't creep too high
