Memorial day in the US. Gym was lighter earlier on, but everyone seemed to be on my machine. So working around people. I got it done, but not my best workout. I was looking at my meadow rows with 5 plates. I just realized these are more single arms shrugs, the elbow is not coming up enough. I'll post it below. I do get better as I strip plates one at a time.
