You change already in a short time. Let's see what another year does

Brother!! I waited until I started my lift before I started listening. And I am glad that I did.
You have a determination that isn’t seen often. A by-pass!! Bro!! And yet here you are.
I get emotional when I hear determination and resilience in a person. I was talking out loud…rather loudly… and saying THIS MAN IS A BADASS!! Loud enough to draw looks from the other crazies in the gym at 230!!
Thank you taking your time and sharing the way you did. It was great!!

@MarkNV Thankyou brother. 🙏
Its open and honest appreciation, like you have just displayed, of my drive towards self-betterment that drives me harder towards reaching my goals. Thanks for being the wind in my sails mate!⛵
It is heartfelt and truly appreciated.🤝
Work Hard Brother.💪

@Pigsy thanks mate. Me finding the EVO family is truly a blessing, without the support, encouragement and guidance I found on here my change would not have been so, in my eyes, pronounced. Am looking forward to the next 12mths, with motivational support from people like yourself and @MarkNV, expert guidance from the amazing people like @LevButlerov and support from vendors am almost assured success in attaining my goals.
Thanks for stopping in on this Oldie but a newbie.😃

Bro!! Those of us over 60 on here, are a small club!! I am going to be following everything you do very closely. You just sparked a whole new level of motivation inside of me. You just absolutely proved to me that I can still reach my goal, it is so fucking hard and I have been pouring my soul into this lifestyle, and Now I know for sure that I can do it too!!
And you know as well as I do, nothing can stop a determined ex addict, we throw ourselves into shit!!!

:love:Fuck Yeah bro of course you can do it. You are in the right place, the EVO family here will support you all the way always.
My main triggers have been, logging everything, getting my diet right and consistency (rocking up even when you don't feel like being there) and remember its not about throwing weights around or just the gym it is a life style.
Oh two more things I always tell myself, Don't be hard on yourself be kind and the only time you loose is when you give up.
You are a winner brother and the whole family here believes in you. I am glad that we have been able to spark each others motivation today, its a great feeling brother.
EVO Family Love your way my man

@PrinceDaddy thankyou brother, you are too kind. I look at your frame and see the trials and tribulations you must have traversed, the dedication and energy outlayed to achieve the Adonis look you now have. You , sir are an inspiration! Thankyou for your follow and if you have any advice on stacks and how to improve please, I am all ears. Thanks again brother.🙏

Bro's we should get together on this!
I mean we are all going to get there in age eventually & I wonder what actually happened to guys like the Rock for instance? Doing seemingly so well, then a huge drop off, might just be by choice & if so how the heck did that man get His head around losing all His hard earned muscle & to what effect really? I'm certainly not comfortable with it & the loss of muscle mass is maybe the number one contributor to all cause mortality after a certain age.
Over the last 5 years after being diagnosed with Ckd my egfr has actually improved which is seemingly impossible to do especially with a progressive disease like Fsgs.
My Nephrologist gave me 3 years roughly upon my diagnosis until I reached the point of dialysis. My knowledge of preventative & curative medicines has had to evolve past that of the current medical practices in order to do that.
Various experimental Peptides have played a huge roll in the reversal of progressive Ckd too I'm sure.

What do you reckon Lads,
A thread for over 50's on how to continue to maintain & even improve your physique & health as we age with the implementation of age appropriate Peds, diet, supps & lifestyle factors in order to do so?

Fuck yeah man! I am doing shit with my shoulder, hair and plan on skin and wrinkles. I know its not health orientated but for me its about turning my body into a machine which exudes longievity and then fixing the exterior to match the new blown V8 that I just installed. Love the idea.

Nothing wrong with a new coat of paint either bro!
Sweet!
I'll get to work on this & tag you guys in the thread! ✨
@LevButlerov we would like to start a thread Physique & Health enhancement for over 50's.
If this is a possibility, whereabouts on the Forum would be the best place for it?
