Here is my entry to 1000 lb. club

305 - Squat
365 - Deadlift
335 - Bench

Currently on TRT 200 mg/ week Test Cyp. Haven’t ran anything beyond TRT in years since a bad neck injury….
Been a long time goal of mine to try this. Haven’t squatted in a loonnnngggg time and rarely straight bar deadlift. Mostly hex bar & leg press, etc. on leg days.

Starting to plan for a summer blast with the goal to get the elusive < 10% BF. I test weekly and it hovers in the 10.3 (lowest) and 12% range.

Feedback on form is welcomed. But don’t kill my buzz, I’m pretty f’in excited to accomplish this.

HOW-TO LOG?
  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

@FitasFck those are solid numbers. I'm especially impressed by your bench. Anything above three plates is a great accomplishment!

@FitasFck Nice job, man. I think 1000 lbs is solid. I think that only probably 1% of the population. Even comes close to that.
