Currently on TRT 200 mg/ week Test Cyp. Haven’t ran anything beyond TRT in years since a bad neck injury….
Been a long time goal of mine to try this. Haven’t squatted in a loonnnngggg time and rarely straight bar deadlift. Mostly hex bar & leg press, etc. on leg days.
Starting to plan for a summer blast with the goal to get the elusive < 10% BF. I test weekly and it hovers in the 10.3 (lowest) and 12% range.
Feedback on form is welcomed. But don’t kill my buzz, I’m pretty f’in excited to accomplish this.
