Mid-week pump pic here for ya! This was following chest/ shoulders day. No change to training. Splits as you've seen in the past with the same core focuses.

FROM 19/09/2025 - BIGGEST I'VE EVER BEEN + MY BOY COMPETES + ALMOST FULL TIME COACHING?

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep team for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Another productive week for bodybuilding and business. Biggest I've ever been and maintaining solid conditioning for peak off-season! Also had one of my boys compete this weekend. It was a massive day. What an awesome experience.

Everything that could be controlled was executed perfectly and peak went smooth. The trick? Keep it simple.

- Sodium stayed the same
- Slowly introduce carbs until we found the look
- Reduce water leading into the show
- Check blood sugar to determine whether he needed more water, more carbs, or just a pump.

Massive influx of new UGL clients as well which is brilliant, at this rate it will only be a couple of months before I can move to coaching and bodybuilding full time, where I'll be able to provide more value in the form of training and educational content and active time for my team.

No change to nutrition this week and will keep GH the same for now.

Smart peak week setup for your client too, keeping it simple with sodium steady, water tweaks, and blood sugar guiding the carb load is exactly how you nail the look without stress. Nutrition looks detailed and covers all bases, and upping test and gh while swapping primo for eq should keep fullness climbing through this push. looking thick in those pics, numbers show it too with arms at 50cm and quads pushing past 71cm, that’s big progress. bumping test and eq with gh up to 7iu will keep fullness coming, and food layout is clean with plenty of variety so you’re not missing anything. calves up a full cm stands out, that’s not easy to move, and even with waist up a touch you’re still holding condition well. training split looks balanced and the extra detail on posing fixes shows you’re locking in the stage side too. :D

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep team for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Training motivation and energy took a little bit of a hit this week. So much happening between work, business and dad lift has worn me down a little bit. Wednesday back day was still savage. Weeks are flying by and at times I struggle to keep on top of it all. Sleep has been cooked this week. Missus says I'm snoring worse than ever before. Might be time for a CPAP.

Nevertheless, chest is looking well improved, and I attribute this to the recent inclusion of decline press and fly movements to complete my chest day.

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep team for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Training motivation and energy took a little bit of a hit this week. So much happening between work, business and dad lift has worn me down a little bit. Wednesday back day was still savage. Weeks are flying by and at times I struggle to keep on top of it all. Sleep has been cooked this week. Missus says I'm snoring worse than ever before. Might be time for a CPAP.

Nevertheless, chest is looking well improved, and I attribute this to the recent inclusion of decline press and fly movements to complete my chest day.

Training motivation and energy took a little bit of a hit this week. So much happening between work, business and dad lift has worn me down a little bit. Wednesday back day was still savage. Weeks are flying by and at times I struggle to keep on top of it all. Sleep has been cooked this week. Missus says I'm snoring worse than ever before. Might be time for a CPAP.

Nevertheless, chest is looking well improved, and I attribute this to the recent inclusion of decline press and fly movements to complete my chest day.

Man.. What a massive couple of weeks. NBA National championship with a few bronze medals with client S. Lane, over a dozen new Camp Grino members/ clients, still training & doing the dad thing. Missed last weeks logs, I've just been focusing on bringing value to the forum where else I can.

Got my hands on Pokemon Z-A, BF6 and BL4. No time to play them.

Bloods drawn this morning which I should be able to post tonight. Curious to see how the 1:1 Test: EQ looks like for my e2.

Weekend away at Sydney saw a few days of free (clean and conscious) eating and a few days without GH so I'm slowly tapering it back in from 4iu and up a single iu every second day until I get back to 7-8iu.

Prep is only 4 weeks ago sirs so straight back on track and grinding for every gram of contractile tissue I can.

Had a look at my past 48 months recently and I've averaged 125g muscle/ week, NOT factoring the half of that time I was on prep... Close to 250g/ week muscle gain? Nuts.

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep team for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Man.. What a massive couple of weeks. NBA National championship with a few bronze medals with client S. Lane, over a dozen new Camp Grino members/ clients, still training & doing the dad thing. Missed last weeks logs, I've just been focusing on bringing value to the forum where else I can.

Got my hands on Pokemon Z-A, BF6 and BL4. No time to play them.

Bloods drawn this morning which I should be able to post tonight. Curious to see how the 1:1 Test: EQ looks like for my e2.

Weekend away at Sydney saw a few days of free (clean and conscious) eating and a few days without GH so I'm slowly tapering it back in from 4iu and up a single iu every second day until I get back to 7-8iu.

Prep is only 4 weeks ago sirs so straight back on track and grinding for every gram of contractile tissue I can.

Had a look at my past 48 months recently and I've averaged 125g muscle/ week, NOT factoring the half of that time I was on prep... Close to 250g/ week muscle gain? Nuts.

An awesome week for progress - chest up significantly. This marks the end of the push phase though. I'll maintain this log for my health phase, and start a new log for prep. BRING ON THE PRO CARD SONS.
