Just finished my workout today. Switched it up a bit and feels GREAT! Swapped the preacher curls with bicep curl machine work and gave me great stretch without hurting. Everything was amazing. Also incredible… recovery. Omg you guys. I smashed my legs yesterday and walked two miles today at the end of this workout! I normally wouldn’t feel like I could walk at all. Today is my birthday. No days off here. LFG!

I hate most preacher machines. I'm tall and getting on in terms of age so they don't suit my range of motion. However, we DO have a bicep/tricep machine and although I have to hammer curl the bicep part it gave me an epic pump. 5 x 10 both muscles and it went from 19.5-inches cold (then) to 20.75-inches pumped. So up 1.25-inches. Probably the biggest ever. I was super setting and trained with a buddy so it was you go I go. 25 minutes and BOOM!

how are the meals going as well
Meals are going great. Diet on point. Within 5% on my macros everyday and keeping it clean and lean as usual. I had two drinks, a small sugar free brownie and a little low fat ice cream for my birthday yesterday but I counted the macros even in the alcohol. 💪🏻

Today was a rest day. My training days are Monday and Tuesday, rest on Wednesday, and back at it Thursday Friday and Saturday with Sunday off.

I have rest days but don’t use them to cheat on my diet as well. Everyday I’m counting macros or I’m not doing what needs to be done to hit my goals.
 
On another note, keeping my diet right around 3,000 calories with a 300c/300p/70f split seems to be keeping my weight almost completely static thus far. I’ve been hovering between 192-195 since I started my cycle almost 3 weeks ago.
