What a good day that was. 1st time I was allowed to leave my hospital bed after 11months. Even though I still had 1 surgery to go. My spine has definitely seen better days but determination, no room for weakness and the love of training has pulled me through. My legs were pumped today

I've heard that before but as bad as it was to have my first hip replacement chiselded out, the second hip they put in me was ordered from France as it was the strongest one they could find. For a public hospital the surgeon was a amazing.
