Strong HIT chest and bicep work. The 90 kg incline press and 53 kg barbell curls are strong for reduced recovery, you pushed through heavy fatigue from work. :D

Photos look solid, you’re thicker through the upper chest and arms. Reintroducing reta, ghk, and 5 amino 1mq should tighten recovery again before your carb load Sunday. @Dave1288499

Had to drop volume as the docking I've been doing these last two days, has been fucking with recovery, so frequency and volume is lowered but I lifted like 600 sheep today, and like 500 yesterday. Almost had heatstroke and got a nasty sunburn. I re add reta and ghk. Got lazy with 5 amino 1mq but I will readd it tomorrow and see if it makes a difference pre-workout. My pre docking carb load didn't last long I over ate for 3 days before but I basically used most of it up and I need to recarb Sunday

Nah you don't get immune to it, much like how you never get used to chemical burns. Oh and thanks for shouting me out I'm grateful. And it was 2000 when I posted that, I think I am normal in the respect I'll do what I have to. Oh I can still deadlift with pretty good form(except according to my ex girlfriend the powerlifter)

Oh she thinks my form is terrible because I do some bro shit sometimes when it's a vibe workout. But she doesn't quite understand why I have Delts and she doesn't. I've explained that I can connect to most muscles in my body really well, and she can't even feel her bicep when she flexes it, that tells me she can't isolate a part. No it was towards the end of the relationship

This is meal two rice and a piece of flat bread. With black tea and I am drinking a protein shake with 50g protein in it and I had 100g beef for breakfast

I'll be adding tuna to meal 3 (drained of course) oh and pumpkin soup. Just applied for the dole, hopefully that limits the stress as I'm probably getting paid under the table as farmers don't like the ACC levies. And I assume I'm getting paid for the finished job

I need the money for food, gear and paying for driving lessons. I'm honestly sick of tuna, I've been eating it for months
Tuna with ketchup try it :D and yes funds are a must in your case.
 
I'll see if we have tomato sauce, but I often don't have sauces as I consider them worthless as some just bloat me like BBQ and tomato sauce is really high in sugars
ketchup and tuna can work well :D

Nah ghk I don't notice anything I'm shooting it into the muscle bilaterally at 3mg a side but I suspect I'm supposed to do it at 5-6 mg at either side instead. And nah sadly they ain't got much meat as lambing was only a month or so ago. It was a good lift

If you wanna do a true DY workout try less.

Thus: Seated press (smith machine), side laterals (no one needs front as we get that from benching and pressing) and MAYBE upright rows

Umm that was literally the public program he put out. And yeah I see where you are coming from. I don't have access to a Smith machine. I substituted movements based on what I have access to and what movements I have on the back burner(barbell squats and cable press downs and cable overhead extension). He typically did 2 feeler sets then one hard set. but I haven't really trained front Delts and I think from the front it'll improve my look if I trained them.

i saw a guy in the gym the other day, a younger dude probably mid 20's with fake calves. it was AWFUL!!. no need to do that man. or those chicks who have fake boobs, fake eye lashes, fake lips, botox. YUCK!

i get it we are all insecure about ourselves, that is normal. but there is a point where it goes too far.

Yeah you have a point, for some reason I keep getting stuck on the idea that I need arms ASAP. Which I'm well aware isn't how any of this works. I just need to lift hard and heavy with plenty of food

i built my arms not from curls. but from monkey bars and pullups/chinups. try adding those on pulling days

Hit back this morning numbers are in my tablet, hurt my knee at work while chasing a lamb. Like the bones in my shin moved while running
Depending on next two days I might have to remove leg day and any exercises standing again, fuck me. If cardio is no go I'll drop carbs and up protein

Here are my main additions glycerol on workout days and this anti stress blend mostly because I need the ashwagandha to keep me level.

I spoke to @SaintSoup and got recommendations on what I can do with what I have sitting in my fridge, so I'm going to put ghk into my affected leg and take oral bpx because I have that anyway. I'm going to keep my GH about the same

I want to get to 100 kg in incline but I'll get there, thanks I'm financially breathing normally at 87kg. I hit 90 and had to pull back as I was heavy breathing. My shoulder is holding fine.
