dbol solo for 4 weeks

I’m 24 years old. 5’10’’ and 177 pounds. Looking to put on some bulk using dianabol.
Want to run it solo for 4 weeks.
I’m debating dosing. I’ve heard 10 mg a day is good and I’ve heard up to 50mgs is good too. 100 if you are using it solos should I go on the higher end of the dosing or should I stick to something in the middle?

You should prob stick to eating more and training hard.
If you feel you need drugs I would look at sarms.
How about starting a training/diet log so we can see if there is anything to fix there before you take the next step?

4 weeks of dbol will not help you.

I would say do a basic 2 compound stack that you can run for 12-16 weeks. Look at what the other guys here are saying. Only reason i am not doing test is bc i was balding natty and am trying compounds that look like they would retain hair at least on paper. (Dbol/primo/eq/deca). If you dont have concerns relating to heightened dht you are better just running a t base with an ancillary/complementary compound on top like primo/eq/deca. Maybe like 6 weeks of dbol can get you some gains but youll want to go like 30mg with some arimidex to make it worth while. And i have no idea if youd retain any of it, Im only just under 4 weeks in so listen to what the experienced people here are saying. Also you want to be at least well trained before you start or youll be dissapointed cause you wont know how to make to most out of the extra work capacity/recoverability. If you atent training optimally natty youll get subpar gains on gear.

Bro you’re 24, you don’t need gear you need to learn to eat and train. Don’t wanna sound like a dick but you have your glory years in your hands right now. Why not make the most of those gains and opportunity to educate yourself? Up to you bro at the end of the day but the fact you have considered 100mg dosage already says a lot. All the best legend, do your best to take care of yourself!

I would go so far as to say just do test only for a first cycle. If your diet and training is on point, 250-500mg/ week will go a long way.
 
20-30mgs a day dbol. i wouldn't use 50mgs that is too much
 
I don't understand the problem at your age, using an oral for a short cycle Is actually smart.
 
i would consider waiting a year till you are 25
 
I think you should go with only 20 mg, you have a lot of room to improve.
 
Read some of the other logs on here and see what guys are doing to bulk up.
 
You really don't need more than 20 or maybe 30mg per day. Remember that you will have to manage estrogen and run a full PCT. You could also rethink things and maybe run a SARMs stack instead.
