I started this Jan 2nd so i have a 4 work outs to post so i'll space them in to a couple posts.

Heres the supplement stack that i'll be taking ( I began this cycle about 3 months ago but was cut short after my first 10 days do to work. I got switched to a job where we were working 6 12's so hitting it hard was pretty much out of the question) but now i'm back to a straight 40 and ready to get jacked .....

The Stack
Week 1-4
19 Tren-Tfo 3 caps everyday
Dieselbolan 3 caps everyday

Week 5-8
19 Tren-Tfo 3 caps everyday
Beastdrol 3 caps everyday

PCT LOOKS LIKE THIS:
wk1: 40mg Nolva, 600 6oxo, 3 fenugreek caps, DHEA 200mg
wk2: 40mg Nolva, 600 6oxo, 4 fenugreek caps, DHEA 200mg
wk3: 20mg Nolva, 300 6oxo, 5 fenugreek caps, DHEA 100mg
wk4: 20mg Nolva, 300 6oxo, 5 fenugreek caps, DHEA 100mg
Wk5: 10mg Nolva, 300 6oxo, 5 fenugreek caps, DHEA 100mg

The work out schedual

4 times a week
Sunday:Strict Standing Military
Monday: Deadlift
Wednesday: Bench Press
Thursday: Squat

The sets and reps below are for your main lifts not secondary lifts

you use 90 % of your max for your percentages i'll post my work out today for an example:

FINALLY GOT THIS LOG STARTED AND READY FOR TOMORROWS WORK OUT. STANDING MILITARY THE WEIGHT I MAX REP WITH IS 145 LAST WEEK I GOT 135 FOR 12 I WOULD LIKE TO MATCH THAT OR EVEN GET A COUPLE MORE .....TIME TO KILL THE SHIT NEED TO BUILD MUSCLE STYLE!!!!
 
Here are the other supplements i'm taking besides the PH's

optimum nutrition's-- Gold Standard protein, Casein and Hydro whey
Creakic hardcore--- 3 caps 2X a day
Jack3d--- before workout
Extend--- before and after workout and a serving during the day
Gear ---4 caps 3 X per day
Universals Animal Vita pack-- 1 pack per day

Be careful always pushing the last max set. I'd do that first couple waves but then scale back from max week and deload.
 
Well i'm off to the gym in about 10 minutes to start the standing military work out i'm feeling really good right now i took my Diesel and tren about a half hour ago and now i'm feeling really agressive started rolling around with my brother on the wrestling mat even cut it short though becasue still got to work out lol .... i'll be taking videos of my max reps and posting them for the rest of the log .... i'll post an update about the work out ASAP....later
 
Well this work out went better than expected last week i got 135 for 12 this week i go 145 for 14 hell yeah

Yeah i'm sure i could have got 15 maybe 16 would have been a nut buster but i like to play it safe i've pulled my front delt before and was not able to do shit lol i'll just save it for next week when i do 150 try and get 15 hopefully
 
Are you taking any support supps?

Any reason for doing four weeks of Beastdrol instead of 3 and why are you not starting with it? 8 weeks of orals is far too much.

Chest 47 1/2 inflated 50 1/2
Quads flexed both 30
Calfs flexed both 20

Yeah that is my number one priority is Strenght. I'm also trying to lose bodyfat while bulking .... I do intense 3 cardio worouts with A Prowler, hill sprints, and a pulling Sled also 2 light jogs / walks a week .... I'm going to bulk Up to 275-280 then after PCT i'll start cutting down to 242 ....
