@electus you're stage ready :D literally not far away. I really see HUGE improvements, you're leaner, bigger, tighter abs. Many parts you're just holding water and full on ripped physique. You've made impressive body changes.

Appreciated man, yesterday in the check in i probably broke my coach balls with a lot of questions and shit lol.
Still im biting my hands specially about my lower body composition 😬😬😬.
I'm looking to get a treadmill to put at home so I can walk at night after my day walk and whenever I have free timei think i can squeeze hrs a day more with that.

Small comment (might need a massage etc). You're holding your right arm a tad higher in pics. Not sure why
Your right, I've always done it it seems like i do it naturally and massage didn't change that, i need to be more aware of my roght arm is it seems.
I plan to improve my posing in the future, I just hope to not embarass myself to much at the show 😂

I think you'll always have a stronger upper body than lower body.

Feeling fantastic bro, no hunger no cravings and good energy, and still getting stronger while being 4 and a half weeks out (will stay on test and no more primo for me lol) just have to get water retention down with a loweringof E2 and more water intake.
Next week I'll have one of my co-worker to come train with me so expect some videos/photos in the gym.

PREP CHANGES:
Aromasin going from 30mg ED to 60mg ED
No more High days

Finally got a Treadmill in the house, will try to get 15 or 20hrs of Walking inside and outside.
Today will train with my friend and will get some gym pictures to post this evening.
Thanks again to @R&Dpharma for providing for me especially now that I've bumped the aromasin, the best guy around in my opinion.
