Your right, I've always done it it seems like i do it naturally and massage didn't change that, i need to be more aware of my roght arm is it seems.Small comment (might need a massage etc). You're holding your right arm a tad higher in pics. Not sure why

Good time to clear your mind.Feeling fantastic bro, no hunger no cravings and good energy, and still getting stronger while being 4 and a half weeks out (will stay on test and no more primo for me lol) just have to get water retention down with a loweringof E2 and more water intake.

I'm looking to get a treadmill to put at home so I can walk at night after my day walk and whenever I have free timei think i can squeeze hrs a day more with that.
