Thought I’d start a log here to keep myself accountable and hopefully contribute to the community.

Stats & Background
  • Age: 20
  • Height: 195 cm
  • Weight: 93 kg
  • Training: 4 years of serious lifting
  • Background: Competed twice at junior nationals as a powerlifter
  • Current focus: Put on size and overall physique balance – chest is overdeveloped from years of bench-focused training
Training Split
  • Day 1: Push
  • Day 2: Pull
  • Day 3: Legs
  • Day 4: Arms
  • Day 5: Posterior chain & mobility work
  • Goal is to bring up lagging areas (shoulders, back, arms)
  • All Time Bench PR(in comp): 135 kg (probably 125-130 now)
  • Target by end of cycle: ~100kg bodyweight, 140 kg bench
Nutrition & Recovery
  • Calories/day: 3800 kcal
  • Protein/day: ~220g
  • Sleep: 7–8 hours/night, consistent
  • Supplements: Creatine, Omega-3, Zinc, Magnesium
Cycle Overview
  • Weeks 1–12:
    • Test E – 250 mg/week
  • Weeks 5–12 ():
    • Anavar – was planning 20 mg/day (unsure if its worth it)
    • Test E - Same dose
  • Aromatase Inhibitor:

Im actually very impressed with this layout and detail and the fact at your age, you actually are doing things correctly, dont see many people at that age, running bloods having a full layout and utilizing sensible dosing protocol.

I truly wish more guys did it this way, although i still feel you are really young to jump on, its your choice and life, atleast being here we can help guide you and offer assistance.

If its one thing i realized with my own experience guys say you need xyz dose to be effective, the way i run things if im only comfortable running 20mg a day of something then that is what i run, its not a one size fits all kind of thing, start low see how you tolerate a compound and adjust as needed, for me guys say you need 50mg winstrol a day, i run 20-30 and i get great results, as you advance and understand more, you will see you dont need as much as what u read online and you are at a different point then alot of more experienced users.

Nice layout. The only thing I would change is the anavar. Would either run 40-60mg/day split dose or sub in anadrol instead at 40mg/day.

Yeah I did see someone said that anavar may not be worth it as im gaining weight. I honestly might start with the test and save the anavar for a cutting phase. I also saw to add tbol maybe?

Yeah that is one factor many guys dont consider till its very late or extremely hard to come back from because they used for so long, it is possible and it has happened guys on gear having children but not a dage bet, yeah definitely be detailed as possible and post up for your log so we can help brother.

Yes, Tbol is great for a gaining phase. Will give you a nice boost mid cycle to keep pushing. I usually go in the 60-80mg/day range. I would take that over anavar any day when trying to grow.
 
Just got @SWOLENZ var tested. Results consistent with oxandrolone. More detailed lab results in a few weeks. After bloodwork tomorrow the cycle starts.

Sweet will start adding all that. Dont take any digestive enzymes or many supps. Some guidance on that would be great. Ill add food and excersises. Definitely need to get onto cardio haha.

Goals I added are very short term I want to get to around 110-120 as a longterm goal and would be ideal to just sit around that weight. Taking it very easy as I get into it and want to learn how my body handles anything before increasing dosages.

Barbell Rows: 4 working sets of 6-8 reps - 100,90,80
Shrugs: 2 sets of 12 - 100,100
Pullups: Weighted 10 kg 3 sets of 10,8,7 reps
Rear delt cable fly: 4 sets 10kg 15 reps
Forearm cable curls: 4 sets of 14 - 40 kg
Cable Crunches and Hanging leg raises: 2 sets of 12 to failure

Eating:
Breakfast(Limited time): triple scoop protein shake, 600ml Milk - 690 Cals, 92g Protein
Snacks: - Musashi Protein bar - 330cal, 45g protein
- Random Chips and shit I had in my bag - 300cal
Lunch: Can of Tuna, Pie, Tuna Sushi - 1000 Cal, 50g protein
Snack: Protein shake - 430 Cal, 45g protein
Dinner: 300gram Rump Steak and Mash Potatoes - 900 Cal, 66g protein
Drinks: 500Ml coke over day - 210 Cal

Just seems like the right time bro while I dont have to worry too much about money and I'm still at uni and can put in 100% towards the gym. I know I'm real young hence being so careful, it'll be good to get some more noticable progression now that ive been training for almost 5 years.
 
I'll be following along. I agree with some of the others that you are definitely too young to be messing with hormones. You will likely cause yourself to have fertility issues, end up on TRT, and other potential health issues. That being said, you are going to do what you want, and I am glad to see you are not running some crazy cycle. Make sure you listen to the guys on here. Very experienced and will help you get through things the best.

Biggest thing I notice is a very weak PCT. You will need to really improve in that area.

Eating, "random chips" get a protein bar or protein chips and keep in your bag, don't eat nonsense.
Dinner, you cooked it? if you did get yams or sweet potatoes instead.
Drinks, switch coke to diet coke.

I'll be following along. I agree with some of the others that you are definitely too young to be messing with hormones. You will likely cause yourself to have fertility issues, end up on TRT, and other potential health issues. That being said, you are going to do what you want, and I am glad to see you are not running some crazy cycle. Make sure you listen to the guys on here. Very experienced and will help you get through things the best.

Biggest thing I notice is a very weak PCT. You will need to really improve in that area.

Just seems like the right time bro while I dont have to worry too much about money and I'm still at uni and can put in 100% towards the gym. I know I'm real young hence being so careful, it'll be good to get some more noticable progression now that ive been training for almost 5 years.

with your age and the shape you are in you could definitely probably put on some serious muscle with the right diet all natural. Using any amount of test will shut down your natural production so there is risk for sure.

Still on 300mg/week, taking a bit to find a good amount of ai to have, Crashed my e2 a little at the start and found 0.25mg every third pin works well for me (pinning twice a week). Now on week 8 of my cycle. Been pretty dialed with eating and training. Still on the same split. Right now bodyweight is at 105 kg up 12 kg since start of cycle. Been tracking calories to stay at maintenance for a week or so want to lean out a bit as the cycle finishes.

Cals atm:
3800 cals
485g carbs
242g protein
107g fat

Training:
Same split with good strength increases, benched 150
Also chucked in 30 mins of cardio everyday either stairmaster or incline treadmill burning roughly 200 cals

Sleep has been real good to minimum 8 hours which is very nice

been sitting nicely at 105 pretty stable.

Been a bit stuck with what to do at the end of the cycle. I have nolva and clomid on hand a could do a pct, however I'm up in the air about this. What is everyone thoughts on doing a cruise and adding in HCG, maybe 400 IU's every three days or so? Also planning next cycle to be possibly eq and test? Roughly dosages I think would be like 500 test 300 eq a week? Even if I chose to do a cruise next cycle's minimum 15 weeks away so just early planning stages. However open to suggestions, mostly focusing on slow dry gains and I want to maintain fertility. Not planning on being natty anytime soon and I'm very happy with being on trt for life.

Going to make these logs more frequent. Also getting bloods very soon.

Big jump up to 105kg with strength still climbing, 150 bench at this stage shows the cycle’s been productive and the macros are set up well to hold size. Cardio daily is a smart add to keep you tighter while food’s high, and 8 hours of sleep explains why recovery has been solid.

If you want fertility kept in check then running HCG on a cruise makes sense, 400 IU every few days is a reasonable start. Though you should add a fadogia based test booster like hcgenerate too.
PCT with nolva and clomid would reset things but if you’re already set on being on for life then cruising low test with HCG is usually the smoother move. Planning test and eq next is fine, just keep bloods tight, eq around 300 and test higher like you noted is a good balance for lean growth.

@trentwin1 very nice job getting in 8 hours of sleep. If you can do that consistently, you will recover Like A Champion. That's a huge thing.

Roughly dosages I think would be like 500 test 300 eq a week? Even if I chose to do a cruise next cycle's minimum 15 weeks away so just early planning stages. However open to suggestions, mostly focusing on slow dry gains and I want to maintain fertility. Not planning on being natty anytime soon and I'm very happy with being on trt for life.

Going to make these logs more frequent. Also getting bloods very soon.
30 minutes of cardio is nice. i would recommend high intensity. @trentwin1 That would be an optimal way to get it in.

Same split with good strength increases, benched 150

EQ and test are a good stack. how much to dose you ask? well it depends. some people like them EQUAL. some like more EQ, and some like more test. i personally like them roughly equal 300-400mgs a week @trentwin1
 
No pump or anything. Happy with being able to maintain my abs with the decent amount of weight i put on. Arms still have a long way to go but happy so far.

So I'm learning the ropes with test still but that's a lifelong thing for me now (I'm 40) as I made the TRT decision. EQ sounds so perfect for my goals right now. I want to see out the 12 weeks I set out for getting started with test but then was thinking similar to you, stay at 300 test, add 300 of EQ and then maybe also take 20mg of Anavar too depending on how it goes, could just as easily save that for winter.
Turinibol also looks really interesting. I value my man-bun and cardio so chose based on those things. There's about 5 episodes of the Evolutionary.org Podcast that found particularly useful in researching this, I can link you to them if you like but most have Equipoise, EQ, Anavar, cut, Spring or Summer in the title so you can search them.
Those guys know this subject really well, I don't think I could have got to that combo so quickly without those episodes, but that cycle I think suits my current level, goals and will give the least amount of the particular side affects I want to avoid, namely hair loss and hindering cardio.

Not tbol bro but Anavar you can get from Life Forge, he's just out at the moment. There's also a site where I bought Nolvadex from called NZSarms that sell it but it's $150 for 30 x 20mg which seems steep. Haven't seen tbol at all, have you?

I'm not going to import anything but keep looking until I find everything. I have two threads in the NZ sub here on Evo with Test E from Life Forge and AUStarLabs, and the Nolvadex from NZSarms but that's as far as I've gotten so far.
 
Is fertility really a worry even with just 250 test/week?
Your LH and FSH will hit zero at 70mg a week or 7000mg a week. And possibly just as fast. HPTA sees exogenous test, the process of sex hormone production stops. Go too long, and the organs start to atrophy and longer you go like that the harder it will be to bounce back. Short cycle will bounce back, but mind you, you aren’t done growing. So this is going to disrupt your growth process. That’s the difference between starting at 20 and starting at 25. When I was 20 I didn’t even have to shave all that often. I was not fully grown even though I was living 100% as an adult. By 25 I had a beaver pelt for a beard, noticeable male pattern baldness, two kids, and a very dad-like grip strength lol. I did an oral only cycle around 32 year old. Badly. Too long etc. but bounced right back and was actually stronger and in better shape without it a year later. So, I’m not trying to lecture you or anything. You seem pretty damn smart and you aren’t just fooling around. You could probably teach me some things to. But I’m sharing my experience for you to consider👍

I used HCG. For like 4 years. From the very beginning of my trt/trt+/sports trt+ whatever hahahaha. It will keep your testicles roughly full size, and it doesn’t take much at all. I struggled with e2 issues the entire time. Once I thought it would be fun to shoot like half a vial before a weekend trip with a nice lady, hahaha. Well it WAS fun, and then she was like “what happened to your back?!” Horrific acne breakout. Like I could’ve went viral with it. Bleeding all over the sheets.

Once you reconstitute your hcg, it starts losing potency, so you will get inconsistent results. And traveling with it is a huge hassle.

And it STILL shuts down your HPTA, it just keeps the nuts working. Fadogia Agrestis also works, it’s all I use now. I agree that you should use both if you just won’t come off, but bro, what’s the hurry? You can come off. You will barely lose gains. It’s the much braver thing to do. What you are considering is exactly how it all starts. I totally get it. I started, wanted to get stronger and then back off and assess the situation. Now about five years later… I never did come off and if I did I would be in crisis. If you REALLY want to maintain real fertility like you say, you HAVE TO STOP, and don’t start again until you have proven that you’re shooting live rounds. Then you will know. And that will happen at this point, there’s no way you’re fried yet, but if you continue you will be fried at some point.

Just writing this as Im doing my cardio. Arm day today, managed to get 48kg dumbells for 8 on shoulder press today very happy. Hit 220 for 2 on squat yesterday aswell, definitely seeing massive gains as of recent. Will upload some pics got some nice ones with decent lighting and pump.

Started taking nolvadex a few days ago at 20mg/day as i saw that can stop gyno growth without crashing e2. Managed to clear up the slight growth i had in my left nipple pretty fast.

Having a slight issue at the moment with my right arm being bigger, however my right arm is actually stronger doesnt make sense.

Put up my protein 30 grams yesterday and starting to increase my carbs in the meals I have before my workout for the day. Finding it a little tricky to not go over my fat goals, not too worried though as weight is staying stable and they are good fat sources none of those seed oils or anything.

Everything going very well allround.

Last question does anyone have anything for bacne? Getting a little bit got a few active incredient cleansers but still have a bit on my back. Managed to keep my face clear which is nice.

The arm size thing happens a lot, strength doesn’t always match volume, just keep working both evenly and it balances out over time. For bacne, try a benzoyl peroxide wash or spray post shower and keep your shirts clean after training, usually clears it up fast.

Also was just wondering if anyone on here has done eq? Ive seen it has some anxiety affects and with the long half life I know that'll take a while to clear. With my dosage of 300mg/week would I need to worry about anxiety? And also how big of a difference did it make in your Red blood cell count?

EQ can definitely raise RBC over time, especially once you’re past week 6 or 7, so bloodwork mid-cycle is a must. At 300mg a week it’s a mild dose, and most people tolerate it fine as long as hematocrit stays in range. Anxiety tends to show more at higher doses or when e2 and BP drift up, so it’s usually not from the EQ alone but from the combo of factors.

If you go ahead with it, donate blood halfway through and keep hydration up. EQ shines for steady lean gains and better appetite, but the long ester means once it’s in, it’s in, so commit for 12 weeks minimum to see real benefit.

I was wondering how they were doing that too. I get lectured all the time about not giving blood as if I might sneak off and get it done. But maybe there's a reason.

The whole thing is problematic, because either you have to hire a nurse to do a therapeutic phlebotomy(not too many people doing that), or you have to donate blood. If you don’t your blood will get quite thick and it’s not ok at all. That’s one of the major common things that causes issues with steroid users. Doing ignore it. Figure out what you are going to do now.

I can fill a 10ml barrel in about 30 seconds if I hit the vein right, could probably do a litre in ten minutes just using syringes with a butterfly clip to hold the tip in. There's probably better tools for that. Surely others have to do this too?

I don't feel good about lying at the blood bank. They test for hep c and aids but almost nobody has fucking aids, but everyone's on some combo of shit. They specifically said "your blood would kill a horse".

I think its if its given to a pregnant woman with a girl with the elevated test you’d end up making the female fetus grow a dick. My girlfriend is a doctor and she says definite no no donating blood on peds.

Yeah I dont know if eq is the right call unless you want to pay to get your blood drained or go through a doctor. Unless you have something to create negative pressure your veins aren't able to drain enough blood by themselves. Im thinking about just upping my test dose for my next cycle maybe chuck in some var for the last 6-8 weeks. Not sure

If I had sufficient reason i could easily do that. I just tried it an it's easy once you're in a vein but would definitely want to get a betterfly clip with a line so you can attach something better.

I read about this guy in the UK who was abusing his take home methadone doses by shooting them up. I used to do that too but thanks to this guy it was very easy for me. UK set the standard for methadone and I don't know who stole it from the Nazis first but it was the UK who made it into the maintaine drug it now is. They always had the weak concentration of 1mg per ml, mine is 10. On top of that it had sugar in it they say to make it taste better but I bet it's to try discourge this like how they sometimes put 500mg of paracetamol with oxy so you couldn't shoot them haha. But this guy soldiered on and his 90mg methadone dose was thus 90ml of sugar water which he took in 9 x 10ml injections until he got ah, i think it was gangrene, it had a picture of his arm and soon after that we got the clean strong shit I get. Still sucks injecting 10ml though.

They do a questionnaire and they run a test to make sure your rbc is high enough. AFAIK that’s it. They email me all the time wanting more blood, I figure I’ve saved a life or two by now. Or contributed anyway.

No pump or anything. Happy with being able to maintain my abs with the decent amount of weight i put on. Arms still have a long way to go but happy so far.

Hey Guys first log in a while. Cycle going really well. Still on 300mg/week, taking a bit to find a good amount of ai to have, Crashed my e2 a little at the start and found 0.25mg every third pin works well for me (pinning twice a week). Now on week 8 of my cycle. Been pretty dialed with eating and training. Still on the same split. Right now bodyweight is at 105 kg up 12 kg since start of cycle. Been tracking calories to stay at maintenance for a week or so want to lean out a bit as the cycle finishes.

Cals atm:
3800 cals
485g carbs
242g protein
107g fat

Training:
Same split with good strength increases, benched 150
Also chucked in 30 mins of cardio everyday either stairmaster or incline treadmill burning roughly 200 cals

Sleep has been real good to minimum 8 hours which is very nice

been sitting nicely at 105 pretty stable.

Been a bit stuck with what to do at the end of the cycle. I have nolva and clomid on hand a could do a pct, however I'm up in the air about this. What is everyone thoughts on doing a cruise and adding in HCG, maybe 400 IU's every three days or so? Also planning next cycle to be possibly eq and test? Roughly dosages I think would be like 500 test 300 eq a week? Even if I chose to do a cruise next cycle's minimum 15 weeks away so just early planning stages. However open to suggestions, mostly focusing on slow dry gains and I want to maintain fertility. Not planning on being natty anytime soon and I'm very happy with being on trt for life.

Going to make these logs more frequent. Also getting bloods very soon.

Nah man unfortunately I left it too late and he's out at the moment. I'll let you know when he gets back in stock though because he knows I'm looking and will tell me. This time it's from NZSarms, I bought Nolvadex from them a couple of months ago and it was all legit, it's Atomic Pharma brand.

No complaints about them, I'm sure it'll be sweet, those guys are just a little bit pricey and I'm on the dole ;)

Just this last week they started selling Anavar, Anadrol, Superdrol and Dianabol, they previously only had SARMS.

They also take credit cards same as any business, don't need bitcoin.

Did you know you can get free Cialis from the pharmacy? Don't even need to get a doctor script, the pharmacist can do it. It's a government program I found out about when I quit vaping and got free nicotine patches and gum, the pharmacist just writes the script for those too, six months worth.

I'd assume you have to be male but atcually this is New Zealand were talking about. They basically just ask if you want Viagra or Cialis.
