if you are getting GERD daily then trust me its something in your diet man or something with your gut that is off

i would look into fasting. it will clean up your gut health and recycle those cells. gotta do 20+ hour fasting though.

you can try to take raw apple cider vinegar also activated charcoal. see if those help
 
Anything that helps with GERD, natural remedies and elimination of foods etc isn’t helping (I’ve tried a variety of things). Next step if I can’t find a solution is seeing my GP and that’ll most likely not get me anywhere. Open to any suggestions, thanks peeps

This is my current plan, minus milk. My partner has Ulcerative colitis and other immune disorders, I have been trying everything in the book haha.

Any suggestions?

Am a big fan of fasting. Although I can’t say I’ve purposely done anymore than 12 hours.

Haven’t tried charcoal yet. Will give that a shot. Thanks

To add. I’m in a lot of discomfort with breathing deep into my diaphragm etc. it starts about an hour after waking up and once I’m in bed I’m fine, relaxed and at peace…
