What’s up everyone, very first log here. Teamed up with @Liquid Gold Labs to start my post show growth phase. Nothing but the best support so far from the team there 🙌

26 years old just competed in my first body building show April this year but now it’s time to start the growth phase keen to see where this goes.

Week 1

Weight- 96.1kg

PED- weekly dose

300 test e
200 eq
100 mast e
3iu hgh (every night)

Every leg day is cardio centric lmfao😭
weight training is some cardio. but whenever i invite a meathead to come do a road race with me they usually make it a mile before i look back and they are walking or trying pilates and they quit halfway through. i think people would be surprised how little in shape they are vs. what they think they are when they try actual cardio. weight training alone dose not work the core. flexibility, mobility or heart enough. its important you are balanced and start while you are young
i can remember some meathead posting on the forums years ago saying he went to do a pilates class with his gf and how he was the worst one in the class and was shocked. he thought he could walk in there and kill it but found out fast that he was a lot weaker then he thought and a lot more out of shape.

Changes for this week are eq swapped out for primo as I managed to get my hands on some. Original plan was meant to be primo so glad I got some. Also removed telmisartan as blood pressure is perfect

No I agree but a my leg sessions specifically on the leg press, full rom Knees all the way to my chest or Beyond, super slow eccentric and on the last set I do rest Pause Reps that shit has me gasping for air 😅 even mid rep I'm Trina catch my breathe lmfao
