Really good session final push before a deload coming up, really pushing training and we have also started our first 6 week dig in prep to get this first big portion of fat off before we cruise into the final 7 weeks of prep slowly dropping the rest off. Feeling really good weight barely moving but visuals improving greatly. @Raptor Rep
