How do sarms grow muscle?

I’m looking to get more muscle on my frame
I’m currently 5’8’’ 140 pounds
if I can put on 10 to 20 lb would be fantastic
I was wondering how do sarms work to put on muscle on a person's frame who is skinny
and which sarms do you recommend I try
I plan on working out at least four times a week and doing an hour a day

10-20 pounds of actual good quality muscle takes years to put on. You won’t put that on with 1 cycle of sarms or even steroids

So temper down expectations. I would set a realistic goal of 3-5 pounds

I agree with Steve man... you have to get realistic expectations first.. i can definitely help you with the proper bulking stack but you have to eat properly, train properly, be consistent and disciplined and also understand you are not gaining 20 lbs. on one cycle and you dont want to do that! SARMS will put muscle on you but remember thats relative. If you eat a lot and stack hard you can gain 4-10lbs depends on intake.
