@ my gym. Today was a hard session. I need to look at what I was doing back when I last hit these numbers

Power Squat Machine
to 500kg x 4 reps

Leg Press
to 632kg x 5 reps

Lying Leg Curls
to 9p x 4 reps

Leg Extensions
to stack+10kg x 5 reps

Bwt: 318lbs. Seems real slow adding weight back to where I was

Nice TD brother! Let me know what you like better between the Cialis and Viagra. For me, I would prefer to use Cialis since you can dose it low and daily but it gives me headaches. I don't get any negative sides from using Viagra.
 
Ordered this today. Rated to 1500lbs where as my current bar is rated to 770lbs and I want 800lbs soon. It comes with additional handles

Bwt: I should stop weighing myself cos it's annoying lol
 
Mobster the only guy lifting heavy enough to actually break equipment, lol.
Happened before lol. We broke the Lever Squat a few months ago. I had to buy, cut and drill some heavier steel to use as stops on the machine

50kg/110lbs x 8, 70kg/154lbs x 8 and 90kg/198lbs x 8. All easy and both arms

If I'd have trained at mine I might have done a single for safety reasons. As it was I might have done a triple

It's amusing in one way, cos I've been 'what the f**k is that' when I see athletes doing 2 plates a side and using a fanny pad. If it was a straight bar I'd 100% NOT use a pad. In fact it lowers the center of gravity and enables you to 'lock' the bar in on your traps (one trick is to pull down on the bar)

But ALL proper safety bars come with pads. It's because of the pressure on the side of the neck where you have the two big veins. You NEED to ease the pressure off of those or else you'd faint. And then, cos of the side pads, you need the back pad or else the bar would move. A safety bar sits a LOT higher so you can't lock it onto the traps. What is called a 'spider bar' does (weights are hanging somewhere near the hips).

All the squat variants I do have pads. I wish I could use a straight bar but my right arm will never allow that anymore. But when you get up in the 700+ (Hatfield), 800+ (planned Hatfield and already done on the Lever Squat) and 1400 or so Power Squat Machine mean the pad flattens out. I've had blood pinch marks and bruising. Never thought much of it cos I want the load/weight more than I worry about a bruise.

But I'd happily bow down if one of the guys wants to try 700lbs+ sans pads. I gotta tell you it leaves a mark lol

I might treat myself a little. I've some roof work that needs doing. We still have to scatter my brothers ashes which will be on me to sort too.
