I bought a 36 day aged rib eye steak but ended up having it the day after. I DO get a discount at the local gym if I want it lol (it's usually £30 a month but over 60's pay £16 ha ha)

to 180kg x 3, 190kg x 3, 195kg x 3 and then ALMOST 200kg/440lbs x 3 (just failed last rep and got a spot). Previous sleeves only PB is 200kg. I was making noise on the last 2 sets lol

I'm thinking if I can get to 235kg with it I'll do 205kg/451lbs without. But volume wise it's awesome.

I might invest in one, if you approve of a piece of equipment then I know it is gold and worth the money, always wanted to get my bench up, it's my weakest loft for the big 3

See how I get on with either the 235kg if I can on this training cycle and then hitting 205kg without. Then it'll be gold for sure. But it's 100% on saving the elbow and shoulder with the weight and volume.
Definitely going to look into getting one then for the shoulder and elbow, now that I am free benching, that sounds like it can help prevent possible injuries.
 
No. Never. Bloody expensive just to try out - circa $300. Most of what I do now is for me and my personal aims.
Should try a bench suit you maybe enjoy it.. personal aim I dont see what difference a bench suit makes? You can still hit personal goals bro some big eight is being moved with theses suits👊

Upped the warm ups. All to bench as per

to 18p (almost the whole stack) x 4 reps per leg

Humped my Cerberus SSB to the gym. Laden with my wrist roller etc it totaled 40+kg walked 2/3rds of a mile. Oof. Load tested it to 405kg/892lbs.
Seated Press
to 110kg/242lbs x 6 reps

Wrist Roller
No warm up cos loading and unloading the SSB was enough
83.75kg/184.25lbs x 3 x 1 reps. Absolutely brutal. Did 20 reps x JB wrist curls and 20 reps behind the back wrist curls x broomstick. Pump was painful

Let’s talk about that super recover formula.. I think I remember you mentioning it in a podcast but I don’t remember which one.
I've been using MK677 more or less (I think I ran out for 7 days) non-stop now for...maybe a year? Mild GH boosting = injury recovery etc. I take mine in the a.m. so no issues with appetite. It can also help with better sleep

I couldn’t sleep at all last night. I forgot my afternoon dose of dbol and took that plus my evening/pre workout dose before going to the gym. Pretty sure that’s why.

Felt off (still having issues with my gut since Monday's hard squat workout). No rush at Powerhouse. Once I got training the only issue was the humidity and sh*t got done. Off to new Aldi's after

No you're correct. We've a ton in South Wales but this is the first locally. Ditto Lild's etc. I've just come back and bought more of their High Protein meals (30g for £1.89 (about $2.30). All UK supermarkets are now doing these but the Aldi ones caught my eye.
 
I'll be testing my 1RM on the Hatfield tomorrow. It MIGHT be, as it was previously, a case of X tomorrow and then Y next week. So I'll probably load 350kg/770lbs for a quick single rep then load 390kg/858lbs (it'd be a PB). The first target is 400kg/881lbs and then, if I am having a day of days, 900lbs/409kg (it'll probably be 410kg/902.2lbs).

It'll come down to feel and how well the weight moves.

Aldi is amazing especially for deals on steak and high protein meat and chicken choices, the fruit they carry is typically top notch quality as well. That is awesome you have a better option now for saving money.

They are doing a huge rump steak (not my fave so I didn't buy one) for good money. Lidl's does an expensive - like $20+ (but I've bought it a few times lol) dry aged Tomahawk every so often

Sorry that your squats didn’t go as planned. Shit happens sometimes. If you don’t feel it drop back try to end with a good set or you did a walk out after bombing, did something feel off so u didn’t squat 350kg? You finished it up with accessories though! That’s good! 💪🌸

I'll reset and go again for 4 more weeks. If need be I'll recycle months from now or just switch targets. Can't get stronger for ever

Saves wear and tear on the elbow and shoulder joint. And allows a bounce 'in the hole'. I do pauses with the warm ups and even with the slingshot I paused the 180kg/396lbs

I'm starting to visualize 6 plates a side.

That is some really impressive weight. I know I have said it before (and stevesmi beat me to it this time!), but you can actually see the bend in the bar. Amazing job.

Had to work to a hard blue and a red at the same time x 12 reps (will switch to cable next time)

Huge faff setting up for the top set as I was fine with the lower weights but the bare bending meant the top weight was still inside the deep J-Hooks. All belted, wrapped etc and had to lower the set up which meant getting ready all over again. Strength problems lol
