to 180kg x 3, 190kg x 3, 195kg x 3 and then ALMOST 200kg/440lbs x 3 (just failed last rep and got a spot). Previous sleeves only PB is 200kg. I was making noise on the last 2 sets lol

I've been using MK677 more or less (I think I ran out for 7 days) non-stop now for...maybe a year? Mild GH boosting = injury recovery etc. I take mine in the a.m. so no issues with appetite. Warm ups inc 180kg/396lbs x 1 where I started using the slingshot and it popped off one elbow but I still did the rep
to 205kg/451lbs x 3 x 1 reps. 1st was slow, 2nd fast and 3rd ok but right shoulder had a dull ache

No you're correct. We've a ton in South Wales but this is the first locally. Ditto Lild's etc. I've just come back and bought more of their High Protein meals (30g for £1.89 (about $2.30). All UK supermarkets are now doing these but the Aldi ones caught my eye.That is a beautiful TD and wow you guys now have an Aldi like the grocery store ? They are doing a huge rump steak (not my fave so I didn't buy one) for good money. Saves wear and tear on the elbow and shoulder joint. And allows a bounce 'in the hole'. I do pauses with the warm ups and even with the slingshot I paused the 180kg/396lbsthe slingshot is really interesting how does that help you on that power lift

Went well. Worked to 215kg/473lbs x 2 x 1 reps and then 1 x 1 with 225kg/495lbs (5 x 20 and a single 2.5kg plate per side)
Lat Pulldowns
Wide bar (worked in with a member) to 3/4 stack x 20 reps then switched to a double D handle bar med grip x 11 reps

Had to work to a hard blue and a red at the same time x 12 reps (will switch to cable next time)

Hatfield Squat
Huge faff setting up for the top set as I was fine with the lower weights but the bare bending meant the top weight was still inside the deep J-Hooks. All belted, wrapped etc and had to lower the set up which meant getting ready all over again. Strength problems lol

shot my both with the above so was not ok to hit 18 reps with the top weight here
