Fasted cardio is great. You sweat out all that excessive fat cells.
Force your body to burn it.
 
Very impressive work on this.
Make sure you hydrate though after you sweat. So you don't get dehydrated.
 
I love the infrared sauna.
That is great for your immune system.
 
I think Tea might be a good option. Also try yerba mate', its a healthier choice over coffee.

Thanks for the encouragement gentlemen! All this information and input goes a very long way. I just returned from vacation for the holidays and will be back on schedule tomorrow with fasted cardio again. I was able to complete a quick 48 hour fast before I left, and going forward Wednesdays will be dedicated to fasting the entire day along with 16/8 remaining days. Domestuc Supply and Umbrella Labs were able to come thru with some great additions which will be included in the January cut, so shout out there! For now, I'm gathering all the tools needed for my program and ordering bulk beef, proteins and food in preparation of the program.

Workout plan attached for reference. Feel free to tweak or make suggestions. Also, I'm open to one on one specific plans if that's an option.

Diet will consist of whole foods only. No processed. Goal are 200 grams of protein, 320 carbs, 35 grams fiber, 85 grams fat @ 2500 calories M, T, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun. Wednesday Beef Bone broth fast.

Performance enhancers will include:
220 Test Cypionate @ 2 pins x 110 MG weekly
2 IU Beltropin GH every morning after fasted cardio M-F
NAD+ mid day 500 MCG M-F
Tesamorelin 1MG M-F

Would you say go with high calorie days, then low calorie days opposed to a consistent 1800 calories daily?
I would suggest you keep the diet as is and have 1 refeed day every 2 weeks, dont calorie cycle unless you get leaner @SteveNJR

I see your training interesting for sure, but for the diet lets talk more, your final goal is what? gain muscle lose bodyfat right? or just cutting.

Cycle
I like the cycle, overall clean, I would like to see you add n2guard ed to this organ liver support as a must.
