Approved Log My TRT Log

I’m not a big dude. Most my life, I was 5’11” at 155-165lbs. 185lbs in my early to mid 30’s and only broke 200 when I hit 40 years old and was in the worst shape of my life. Now I’m at that with way less body fat.
Unfortunately, I had the appetite to eat big but I have been doing better than ever on eating more. And I lift hard. I think I was missing my macros on the first cycle. I was super focused on protein and was not hitting calorie markers. I’m going to be more focused on macros this time around and make sure I’m eating enough.
Yes you need to make sure and force feed yourself with enough carbs after your workouts each day. Most people dont eat enough carbs for the 5-6 hour window. You can double the amount of glycogen storage during this timeframe. I get 90% of my cals for the day from the time my workout is finished until I go to bed.

Just trying to gauge this myself as I have heard mixed reviews on this. Some say they outright told their doc and they of course would not supply the test for the cycle but would help monitor bloods for safety. I have also heard of doc's dropping patients because of admitting to cycling as well. Guess it is just a crap shoot.

It’s a great question. Like I’ve said before, the doctor’s office that I go to is my where my ex wife works. We have children together. Although, I’ve already admitted to using extra testosterone to my daughter, I’d just rather not have that conversation with my doctor and ex wife. It’s going to be pretty obvious if I put on 10-15 lbs on this cycle. But I’m a grown man and the worst they can do is refuse to manage my trt going forward. I’d prefer to stay at this clinic since I get certain privileges like unscheduled appointments and quicker feedback on results. But it honestly might be better to have someone else manage my test. I’d prefer to be able to be open with them. Of course, as you know, it’s not an easy thing to discuss in America.
Long story short, I’d get a lot of grief and probably loose my testosterone prescription. After all, you don’t need a testosterone prescription if you keep testing above 1500. Hahahaha

Crap. Well I need to place my order this week so I don’t loose my rewards money.
Trying to make a decision and stick to it. But I did ask for advice. So last cycle, I used long esters and pinned on Mondays and Thursdays. So I figured this cycle, I’d just on every 3rd day and be done. It’s a day sooner on half the week.
Let me know if I have that wrong. I know some say testP is 2-3 day half life. But that doesn’t mean it’s out of my system. So I should be able to pin every 3rd day and be fine with both testp and npp, right?
Short ester gear your gonna wanna pin ED it EOD. You can go longer but you chance your hormones fluctuating a lot. That’s when the sides start coming up.
If it were me I would run test E and deca. Pin both together twice a week and call it good.

I heard that testP has less sides. Including less estrogen conversion due to it being such a short ester. I need to figure this out. I have a couple 10mL bottles of testC at the house still. I’ll do a little more research before I order.
What do you think about me maintaining my trt dose of 100mg/week of testC on top of like 200mg of testP?
 
I like the cycle layout man. Just be super careful to keep estrogen under control since you are running dbol and have the gyno concerns. Run that AI from day 1.
 
Oh yes, I had trouble balancing my end date and my test date on the first cycle. If I had stopped sooner, obviously my levels would have been lower. I didn’t do the math on the half life. I’m still learning. I run 100mg of testC a week so I could probably keep running that and only add 200mg of testP. Or I could do the math and ween off the testC sooner. I just figured since I was going to run npp, that I would match esters and run test prop
@Cronus402 testosterone cypionate if you just stack test on test is around 7 day half life
if you do a shot and 2 weeks later bloods, and even skip your TRT shot you'll be fairly low under 400 likely
you dont need to suffer the propionate IMO

Test is test. Nandrolone is nandrolone. It all carries the same sides. The estrogen conversion thing is for people on TRT who are doing daily micro dosing. The smaller more frequent injections(very small injections)will help some keep the conversion rate down.. In the case of cycling steroids there is very little benefit to doing this. It's just way more pinning and you will get sick of it rather quickly. IMO i would run deca and testC/E

Yes, I ran tbol on my first cycle. 20mg a day for about 4 weeks and bumped it up to 30mg a day for the next 3 weeks. I really enjoyed it. I think 20mg was a great spot for me. Had a little anxiousness when I increased but it wasn’t bad.

Npp should peak in like 3 weeks vs 10 and get out of my system sooner as well. I don’t want to blow up on any one cycle. Too unhealthy and too obvious to coworkers and family. But I would like to keep 10 lbs or so. My buddy is running a dbol, and the deca/test 400 and put on 20lbs already. The injectables haven’t even come close to peaking. I do not want that to happen. lol.

I do see my stamina coming up even though I’m only on trt right now. But I think I’m just moving along in my training.
I do notice when I decide to push for strength and cut out reps and sets, that I am able to hit pr’s on strength. So I’m happy with my progress. Just want to get add more weight/ size and gain more definition. I’d like to be around 215-220lbs and maybe 10-12% body fat. I know that lowering body fat isn’t likely to happen on this cycle but I can gain size.

@Cronus402 if you keep cardio up you can lower bodyfat why not

Man that’s amazing!! 3 years is such a milestone!
I personally think that is the point where it just gets easier and easier. You will find that with that much time off, you know you are doing better. You know what would happen if you went back and you know that you don’t want that.

I love going to the gym as well. It’s the only time I have to myself. I’m always at work or with the family. It’s so nice to get away and focus on myself.

Yeah I think I’ll start out low. I’ve even been wanting to run an oral only cycle. Keep it simple. But I’ll probably run all 3 compounds this go around. I’m going to place an order and l I’ll dial in those specifics before the cycle.

I did Roman chairs today as well it's a very important thing to hit the lower back a lot of guys neglect to properly train the back and it leads to major imbalances and what i call rooster chest (those dudes who walk around the gym with puffed out chests like they are the shit lol)
