All dosages pending bloodwork. Primarily estrogen. I aromatise heavily, even on trt 175mg/week my e2 sits top of range.
Eq dose will be adjusted as per bloodwork but hoping to push it to 600mg and keep it there.
I like to structure my cycles with incremental titrations. This works in two ways for me in minimising sides and hitting receptors.
Bloods will be pulled about week 5 and again at week 10.
Cycle Goals:
Gain as much lean muscle tissue as possible before dropping back to cruise/health phase then cut into summer. Get into the best shape I can at 47.

14 weeks-Worked up to 800 test e/ 650 mast e

September to current:
Trt @ 175mg/ week since September last year till now.
Cycle history:
Cycled and competed over several years in my 30’s before injury/surgeries. Took a break from bodybuilding from 37 where I pursued bjj.
Back at it now for about 12 months.
Training:
Mon: Bi’s and tri’s
Tue: Legs
Wed: Rest
Thu: Rest
Fri: Chest/shoulders
Sat: Back
Sun: Rest
Every 2nd week, back will be switched out for a 2nd leg workout. Legs being the priority and back just grows like a weed.
Training intensity will ramp as the cycle progresses. Incorporating drop sets, supersets, rest pause.
All working sets taken close to failure or beyond as the cycle goes on.
