@FakeNatty1 those food pics made me hungry as hell no joke!How’s it’s going everyone so first day of the new plan complete trained the first weights session last night was a push workout different to how I would usually train but we are following the coach and sticking to the plan tonight will be pull ill post that up later and here is also a few of the new meals on plan and some health Supps I’m taking if you want super supps go see @BigBoyLabs he just posted a crisp new list for 2025![]()
