And I like how you added in some incline bench.
 
Make sure you are warming up Your shoulder is properly. Don't want you to get injured.
 
bench dip and incline bench press is solid.

Another update for the log done second day of the new program posterior chain I haven’t trained like this for a while but I’m actually enjoying the change and trusting the process. Here is data from the Hevy workout tracker

How’s it’s going everyone so first day of the new plan complete trained the first weights session last night was a push workout different to how I would usually train but we are following the coach and sticking to the plan tonight will be pull ill post that up later and here is also a few of the new meals on plan and some health Supps I’m taking if you want super supps go see @BigBoyLabs he just posted a crisp new list for 2025 💪🏼

Another 2 days of training in the books here is the Hevy logs a new addition to the steak and potato’s some sauerkraut! Good for the guts! Also a training vid of me look decent

Another log update! I’m an official logger for the @BigBoyLabs team! Here is the latest training day I missed logging my session earlier in the week so I’ve only got 1 instead of 2 but here is the latest small PB compared on 1 exercise compared to last week progress is progress

Big session for you, you do any food progress on carbs/protein?
 
A few great session in the books this week felling good and weight is slowly moving in the right direction tracking down still aiming for 90kg
