Pulled a muscle in my back at work so I've been resting for Monday and Tuesday.
Seems pretty OK today which means a light push day.

It felt pretty cooked. It's recovering fine i was even lifting anything just stretching. Then it went tight and I was fucked 🤣

It's come good today barely feel it.

@coolguy77711 Bros, there's no stopping you. This is an excellent workout. Spider curls, and tricep extensions are really good for working both sides of the arms.
