A few great session in the books this week felling good and weight is slowly moving in the right direction tracking down still aiming for 90kg

Yes I probably could bump the leg curls up but I’m hitting them twice a week so volume is good! And here is a breakfast I had Sunday!

No, need to push it longer. You don't want any irritation in your knees.
 
Keeping work out simple but keeping them fun is very important.

This way, you never get bored.
