Starting this week with a deload 2k walk/jog to and back from the gym Chest and abs Bench press 4x12 60 kilos Incline dumbbell press 4x12 20 kg Pec fly machine 4x15 60 kg Body weight dips 4x10 Hanging leg raises 4x15 Ab crunch machine 4x20 30 kg

Starting this week with a deload 2k walk/jog to and back from the gym Chest and abs Bench press 4x12 60 kilos Incline dumbbell press 4x12 20 kg Pec fly machine 4x15 60 kg Body weight dips 4x10 Hanging leg raises 4x15 Ab crunch machine 4x20 30 kg
