@raf89 Great start to the log.......Hey fam, i am just recovering from Peck majore reattaching surgery.
I have lost 17 kg, so I look skinny as fuuuu lol. I took a big mental health hit as well, but back on the mend.
I am open to any advice that people can give me for recovery and gain my muscles, and suggestions where i can source some good growth in Brisbane, Australia.

Diet:
- Trained always hypertrophy, low weights high reps concentrate on form , worked each body part twice a week.
I dont have a diet yet. I have lost 17 kg sontrying to get my size back!

- Looking into jumping on growth
- Then, probs cryise on test e and Deca

lets start with updating training and diet that you actually have now and easier to mod from there @raf89I am just getting back to gym next week so i am starting properly then.
In all honesty I would love all the help as i am just increasing my meals to around 200g of protein. Just getting my mind set back wasnt eating much before.
My training is hypertrophy 20 reps 3 sets. I concentrate mainly romd and pump. Starting off by doing bro split. Each muscle each day. Then once good will do more push pull exercises.
I am looking to run growth around 3 iu snd test e and deca 1 mill on each and maybe superdroll ? But any advice is welcomed.
