Hey fam, i am just recovering from Peck majore reattaching surgery.

I have lost 17 kg, so I look skinny as fuuuu lol. I took a big mental health hit as well, but back on the mend.

I am open to any advice that people can give me for recovery and gain my muscles, and suggestions where i can source some good growth in Brisbane, Australia.

  • Age: 34
  • Height: 6foot 3 inches
  • Weight: 76
  • Training Experience (in years): 12 years
Training:
  • Trained always hypertrophy, low weights high reps concentrate on form , worked each body part twice a week.
Diet:

I dont have a diet yet. I have lost 17 kg sontrying to get my size back!

Supplements:
  • Looking into jumping on growth
  • Then, probs cryise on test e and Deca
  • Can someone pleqse guve me a good hook up for growth in brisbane, Australia please 🙏

@raf89 welcome fully to the EVO family! a peck surgery is serious and you are a real man for coming back from that. :)

A few things and points to note here, I'll discuss below:


Please share more day to day information with us.

Cycle
You likely need HGH and self-TRT
Think 2 IUs hgh + 125-250mgs testosterone/week
with BPC/TB if possible
but the cycle itself you should talk to the AU crew, our senior Aussie moderator is @Pigsy
you can see other Aussie vets with logs on the forums like @Abolone @Dirt @BigCheese2000

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

please share pictures of you face blurred, skinny or not we have a base to work from, EVO family is a NO judgement zone, no matter what you post you'll be supported
