Hi, everyone after a couple months on cruise my bloods are looking great and ready to begin the off season. I have massively fell of with diet on cruise the last 4-5 weeks and gained alot of fat back due to dropping to cruise dose, coming off clen and t3 and going straight back upto maintenance calories with no reverse diet iv expectedly gained 25lbs over my lowest weight on cut (very stringy drawn out though). As soon as i went back upto maintenance i gained 10lbs of glycogen and water but was just as lean and way more full but iv gained probably 10lbs of fat back and a few more lbs of water so i need to shift that fast and begin the growth phase with a good reverse diet.

@Dan98 I was following your other log, happy to see you back logging and being accountable.

I'd like to get training diet update as you go and some pics if you can :) please share.
 
All my recent bloods. As you can see e2 was high on one test however that was due to it not being an lcms test so inaccurate results. You can also see progesterone is high and im having issues fixing that if anyone has any input but everything else is great

I am actually thinking about doing test/primo for my late fall bulk. I want to go as high as I can without using any AI.
Yeah i haven’t used primo before so it will be trail and error with blood tests to see how much the primo lowers my e2. Iv read if you run it 1-1 you dont need any ai and the primo keeps e2 in range but that will be crazy expensive

@Dan98 500mgs test is enough with 500mgs primo IMO, light hgh 2 IUs
1000mgs of test might be overkill for you
im just trying to find my upper tolerable dose. Iv done 750 before with no issues. Blood pressure good with no medication for it. Blood count perfect. I seem to handle high test very well so id like to find my limit and dial it back

@Dan98 I do agree you can do higher testosterone dose if you can handle it but not seeing updates to your diet
if you really putting in the food control to cut up, Id try to get lighter test doses

i agree. Ill only be doing 500 test 250 primo for the mini cut

@Dan98 awesome I like the mod, lets go slow with it but with primobolan stay up to 300mgs usually 100mgs/ml easier to pin just rotate sites
my primo is 200mg/ml but yeah 300 would still be easier

Very successful and went 11 weeks. Used semaglutude which helped alot. But I was able to go into a massive cal deficit. Lost 31 lbs in 11 weeks.

Lost a fair amount of muscle which is expected when you lose alot of weight that fast. I gained strength during the entire time. I have a great mindset to shoot for increased strength when I diet because you already know its a bad environment for putting on muscle. I figure if you cant put on muscle you might as well put on strength which is what powerlifters do all the time in a cal deficit. Think Dorian Yates style. 45-60 min and done.
 
Roid makes alot of excellent points. I personally did the same approach years ago when cutting weight, it was aggressive but it worked out. I personally use GW50156 and SR9009 they help cardio and muscle endurance, u can go harder longer makes cardio alot easier, I dropped alot of weight utilizing those compounds.
 
You have a good back with lots of potential. If I were you I would do deadlifts every back workout. Make it your first exercise and go heavy. You can do volume and higher reps on the other exercises for back. Deadlifting will make you huge.

I used to think that way in my 20’s and avoided them and had nothing but lower back problems. Now in my 50’s and doing deadlifts my back couldn’t feel better. Just use proper form and don’t do over/under grip. You will tear a bicep. Do double overhand with straps or learn how to do hook grip.

Do very light deadlifts with proper form no problems
 
train smart and train less weight you'll be fine
 
make sure you're avoiding foods that cause bloat

Im just eating the basic bodybuilding diet right now so chicken, rice, beef, veggies, oats and greek yogurt. Around 3000 calories a day. Since cleaning up my diet after 4 weeks of eating whatever on cruise iv started to recomp and iv dropped 5 lbs (probably water)
