When you do husk only days, add apple cider vinegar on empty stomach with warm water AM and PM to help increase acidity and digestion. @zucchiniYes, yesterday was husk only!

Seated machine press 3x12 120lbs
Seated machine lateral raises 3x10 60lbs
Upright rows ez bar 3x12 70lbs bar
***Starting feeling weak after upright rows***
Reverse pec dec 3x12 120lbs
Face pulls 3x12 60lbs
Ok so, I have been on a 48 hour 0 calorie and gonna eat when i get home today. But something happened, i picked up 60lbs dumbbells for seated presses like i usually would, but half way up i almost passed out, i saw starts and couldn't lift the dumbbells. Didn't feel like i was weak but almost passed out. So i put em down, reset Myself and tried again. Couldn't go up again... So i just let it be and moved to machines. Felt that almost blackout effect all thru the workout today and decided to NOT do post lift cardio instead driving now to go get groceries.
Guess i depleted myself alot this time.
If you're fasting, you should CUT weights by 50-60% those days, dont overtrain.
