Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Yes, yesterday was husk only!

Shoulders:

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed 3 incline.

Seated machine press 3x12 120lbs
Seated machine lateral raises 3x10 60lbs
Upright rows ez bar 3x12 70lbs bar
***Starting feeling weak after upright rows***
Reverse pec dec 3x12 120lbs
Face pulls 3x12 60lbs

Ok so, I have been on a 48 hour 0 calorie and gonna eat when i get home today. But something happened, i picked up 60lbs dumbbells for seated presses like i usually would, but half way up i almost passed out, i saw starts and couldn't lift the dumbbells. Didn't feel like i was weak but almost passed out. So i put em down, reset Myself and tried again. Couldn't go up again... So i just let it be and moved to machines. Felt that almost blackout effect all thru the workout today and decided to NOT do post lift cardio instead driving now to go get groceries.
Guess i depleted myself alot this time.
When you do husk only days, add apple cider vinegar on empty stomach with warm water AM and PM to help increase acidity and digestion. @zucchini
If you're fasting, you should CUT weights by 50-60% those days, dont overtrain.
 
@zucchini Very nice, man. I like how you keep yourself motivated. Hardest time to train is going into the weekend.
Thanks man. My motivation right now is get to the level of how I used to be before so I can actually like the person I look at in the mirror...
@zucchini you should make that choice whether you want to stay on or come off and pct. it really is your decision but don't run it longer then 15 or 20 weeks if you plan on pct
I surely will be the one making that decision myself :) I will get my blood test done again middle/end of this month and will make a better decision then.

I will keep that in mind. I should have apple cider somewhere around the house, if not, I will get it.

I have been on OMAD for way too long now I think, over 2 months...

I looked up hcgenerate, that's just a natural test booster, I can get it easy. What is GW?

I will stay on Trt as I am right now for atleast 2 more months, till the start of July. then I will see what to do.
@zucchini GW is like a sarm. it is really good for fat loss and endurance
 
Sunday Chest:

Treadmill 25 mins 3 speed varying inclune

Barbell bench press 2x10 1x8 185lbs 1x16 135lbs
Decline barbell press 3x8 185lbs 1x14 135lbs
Machine press 3x8 120lbs
Pec dec 3x8 180lbs
Cable flyes 3x10 40lbs each side

Treadmill 25 mins 3 speed

Couldn't sleep all night felt sleepy n tired yet wasn't able to fall asleep. Came to the gym at 4:45am to workout.
Its 6:30 am now and i am heading home. Hopefully get some shut eye.

@zucchini That's definitely what these logs do. They keep a person very motivated. You've been killing it, man. We're over 50 pages. Let's get to 100.

@zucchini That sounds like a good plan.
 
@zucchini 10 pins of test, you might not feel sides. I dont think you should get off or PCT, you should stick to self TRT IMO.

You're saying you had a day with psyllium husk only?
Depends on the goals or if you want to do self trt

7th April
11th April
15th April
19th April
23rd April
27th April
1st May.

So far, it's been 10 pins of test which is a total of 5ml. I don't feel any side effect or anything bad (Which is good ofcourse) but I want to know, should I just stay on this for as long as I want or should there be a set time I should get off it and go for PCT. And whenever I decide/should go off, What should be my PCT protocol (How long to wait after last pin to go on PCT, what should be the dosage and how often and for how long?) if any? I can get Nolvadex and Clomid super easy.

Legs workout:

25 mins treadmill 3 speed

Leg extensions: 3x12 160lbs (more weight than last time)
Hack Squats 3x11 180lbs on the machine
Leg press: 3x10 450lbs on the machine. (Last set was brutal - loved it!)
Leg press calves extensions: 3x21 320lbs on the machine (more weight than last time)
Seated calves raises: 3x21 90lbs on the machine
Seated leg curls 3x10 140lbs
Lying leg curls: 3x8 170lbs

Treadmill 15 mins 3 speed.

So it is clear that i AM getting stronger. The test is definitely helping i will get a blood test done soon to see my levels of everything. I think the strength issue on the chest and shoulders is just cause of my shoulder problems.
I am flying back home soon and prp injections there are super cheap and fast, like $10 an injection. Do you guys think i should get prp injection in my shoulders, lower back, wrists and knees? If yes, how many and how often? I will be there for a month and keep my test injections up. But need to know about prp. I will ask my doctor about it too. Let me know guys.
