putting on bigger mass

So here are my stats on 5’6” and I’m 158 lbs.
I’m 25 years old and without a shirt I look ripped and muscular but when I have a shirt or a sweater on I look really skinny.
What advice can you give to me when it comes to putting on bigger Mass using testosterone.
A friend recommended I do 500 mg a week do you think that’s too much or do you think that’s a good dose based on how much I weigh.
And do you think 12 weeks would be a suitable length of time to get the kind of results on looking for
 
500mg is fine but I’d even go down to 300/400mg to start with that’s plenty.

Eat a ton of Whole Foods equating to around 3500-4000 calories daily paired with heavy lifting regime and you are golden.

You’re giving us no information about you. What does your diet and training look like??

I would say you need to stay with 300mgs testosterone, add some light deca and dbol if you want bigger mass.

Nothing to do with dressed or not. It comes down to the same thing. Ripped etc but small (and not that small really).

500mg is fine
 
its a good looking idea, add some dbol to start
 
anadrol would work well if you want that route
 
make sure you use an AI here and n2guard
 
you need to eat some good quality foods that is the key

Test 400 mg of your diet and training g right
