I’ve never been athletic. No muscle memory, no “genetically blessed” head start. About 3 years ago I developed an unknown autoimmune condition and the steroids made me gain a lot of weight. I resolved my medical condition but the weight that I have gained (15 kg )stayed.
I leaned heavily into supplements and some peptides to rebuild my system and support recovery and weirdly, that whole experience taught me so much. A part of what I learned back then is still part of my routine now .
I’m still new to weight training. I rely on supplementation, peptides, and balancing my hormones to help with recovery and repair. I’ve had to be intentional about it.
HER Elite Health Stack will be replacing the whole tray for my multivitamins and supps that I take or want to take but I don't wanna sit like a Grandma with her pills bottles. I literally even tried to use " pill organisers" , so I could stay consistent

Definitely keen to buy some of the sleep support for both myself and my wife.
I try and limit stims but will get some of the stim caps for select use as well.

You could always buy the Vital Stim caps which is less active DMAA - serving size will probably be 2 capsules with all the other ingredients and we will be advising customers to start with one capsule first to see your tolerance then up it to 2 capsules if you're feeling good.

Update on the cycle support about 2 weeks in now. Cardio is still surprisingly good on 210 tren ace, at a steady 7kmph pace on treadmill my heart is at 123-134 bpm and no debilitating calf pumps till about minute 14. I rate this 69/10 will definitely be running for life. This to me is Aussie n2guard

I’ve been lucky to be an early user of the HER range from @RGSX and I can genuinely say it’s made a difference to my day to day.
The biggest shift for me has been in the simplicity. Everything is covered in the one supplement and properly dosed to support me as an athlete, as a woman, and alongside low dose peptides.
Performance wise, I’ve noticed steady energy, easier mornings, and more consistent baseline across the week. My overall wellness feels on track - it’s subtle, but solid.

40mg is our baseline range for vital support.
Our whole range of add ons revolves around the vital support. Not as stand alone products.
Our focus/brain cognitive function add on will exceed this CoQ10 amount.
Same as other ranges that have a different strains of calcium, zinc etc.

I do have a request or a question u guess it depends how you look at it, but is there a possibility of making a pre workout cap or powder with no stim but ALL the pump products
Aka, arginine, agmatine, cutruline, glycerol, beet powder, just anything that opens up the blood amd veins to get an amazing pump, electrolytes too, all dosed at max dosages to have an epic pump, that would be amazing g, combined with the DMAA ofcourse.

Stim caps will be first with DMAA to be sold through our tiered vendor partner @Gold Standard Labs .Once we finish gut health, nootropics then we will be looking to move into pre workout etc.
The little issue with pump products is that you normally need high MG quantities which makes them harder from a selling and consumer point when you can have a scoop of product and have everything or the equivalent might be 8 capsules
we think people would rather a scoop then smashing down 8 capsules.But it's something for us to look at when the time comes for sure
