you can try donating plasma, they should still take you even with high iron

Talk to your doctor about being able to get rid of blood that they can just dump

you could always just prick the end of your finger and let a lot of blood come out

blood volume def from AAS use. need to come off for a while
I am not coming off any gear. I am on an extremely light cycle.

If I donated plasma then my blood would be thicker with the extra red and white blood cells.

My doctor is trying to tell me I dont need TRT. He is a douchebag. He wont even do anything to help me. I am trying to find a better doctor that will actually work with me and help my needs rather than be anti everything. I told him if I cant get my blood dumped I will have to start researching online how to do it myself.

You can get an online doc to write a scrip for a therapeutic phlebotomy, but honestly I would be shocked if any would do so with the blood numbers you have. They aren’t outside of range on the important ones.

Oh I know my numbers are not bad, I just know that donating blood has way too many health benefits for us PED users. My doc just got back to me and said my lab results I took yesterday all look good except for my white blood count is high. He said I should be able to take my lab results into the blood center and be fine. Oh well I will just keep trying to crash my iron levels by taking meloxicam and tumeric and ant acids.

I completely disagree with the premise that blood donation is generally good for PED users. It’s good for society, which is nice, though.

It lowers bp and thins the blood. I am not going to even argue with you over this one. Thats just facts. Helps lower iron levels as well. When you use steroids your blood viscosity thickens and blood volume increases. That is not good especially for my age over 50.

OK. Despite the fact that there is no research linking secondary erythrhocytosis to any outcome, you are certainly welcome to do as you please. High blood pressure is a problem, but we generally don’t bleed people to treat it. At least since the Middle Ages.

All arguments aside, the more sensible, and up to date way, to deal with these issues seems to be the use of an ARB style blood pressure medicine. Many forward thinking anti aging docs use them, and they are widely used by body builders. They address the root issue of AAS related blood pressure, which is the difficulty of dealing with fluid balances while on steroids, limit left ventricular hypertrophy and have some blood thinning effect as well. Also kidney protective.

Bleeding is really more attacking a number that doesn’t really have any studied correspondence to anything, rather than a symptom or condition.

Us over 50"s have to be more health conscious than when younger. Our recovery is slower and out organs have a lot more hours on them. Like an old car to keep running it needs to be serviced regularly

If you guys do worry about blood thickness issues, be very careful ever using TB500 peptide. It absolutely spiked my RBC, which is not surprising because that is how it creates its healing properties.

Yes just another reason to donate blood every 2 months. Its too bad I cant sell and donate sperm. I would be jacking all day everyday. LOL.

You are correct that AAS increase RBC, which, in turn, increases hematocrit. The problem is that there is no scientific data linking secondary effect high hematocrit (high blood viscosity) to any negative outcomes. There is plenty of data connecting primary effect high hematocrit to negative health outcomes, mainly because primary effect high hematocrit is the primary effect of a certain kind of blood cancer. There are many populations that have high hematocrit levels, from endurance athletes to COPD sufferers to high altitude dwellers. The reason that their levels are high is so that they can better oxygenate their blood, and nobody bleeds them to correct it. In fact, in many cases bleeding them would cause them to die.

Now, you surely can do whatever you like, but bleeding people for these reasons is kind of like Middle Ages medicine. Also, there is no observable blood pressure effect from thicker blood until you hit an extremely high level. So, unless you have a hematocrit around 60, high blood pressure is much more likely to be caused by other factors, like obesity, artery issues, long term blood sugar issues even genetics, than it is RBC.

If you have high blood pressure, treat it as a primary issue. Get on blood pressure medicine or get to a lower body fat level. People shouldn’t be treating serious issues using non specific means of treatment.

Finally, the reason I said ‘80s is that all of this bloodletting came in to vogue when people started using equipoise, which can raise these levels to a bad area, in theory, over time.

Who said anything about bro science. Donating blood lowers bp and viscosity. Thats not bro science. Steroids increase blood volume and red blood cells. Thats just plain old facts dude. We are taking much larger amounts than intended for. Anyway you better get back in the gym and work on your swimmers body.

I regularly give blood also @RoidRage69

You might notice the words, “hypothesized” and “warrants future investigation.” Future examination has not really borne this hypothesis out, and it is generally no longer believed. Oxidative stress is a huge issue, probably the biggest issue in AAS use, and is one reason that it is more reasonable to use a combination of metformin and valsartan or telimisartan, which do all of these things better.

Now, there is no reason not to give blood. It is great for your community, and it isn’t bad for you, unless you are one of those people who has reactive RBC issues, but it isn’t really a treatment for anything, though, as is said above, some benefits are hypothesized.

@RoidRage69 810lbs? damn thats hardcore man wow!
Was able to donate blood today. My rage is gone. LOL.
@RoidRage69 keeping it hardcore

Cheerios??
Yes I like to have simple carbs after workout when my glycogen stores are depleted. My blood sugars are better now than when I was in my mid 20's.
Ive also changed my HGH to 2.5IU on non lifting days taken first thing in the morning before fasted cardio and on lifting days 1.5IU 45min before lifting and 1.5IU at first meal upon getting home from gym aprox 4 hours apart. Blood sugars are the deciding factor on amount of gh I am taking. As long as they stay stable as they have been will slowly work my way up to 4IU per day on lifting days.

Today was my first day taking anavar in place of Tbol. Will be interesting to see how my body responds to 50mg/day. Taking 25mg 45min before workout in morning and 25mg in the evening. Hit a bunch of new PR today. Was shocked at my strength on the reverse grip pushdowns after frying them on regular grip pushdowns. Shoulder still feels like crap. The PT says its my neck. Says it most likely has a bulging disc. Has me doing the exercise and then assesses the range of motion with my arm after. Will see.
great update here

no I think that littletime is kinda right. the benefits are over done

i agree though that giving blood is very important for your community

people who have cancer absolutely need your blood plasma especially those going through treatment

That meal was actual out at my favorite Thai restaurant. I can probably start showing food porn. Tonight we are having King Salmon.

I didn’t get much sleep last night. The food was too spicy so I’ve been on the toilet about 4 times already.

A completely healed shoulder.
I felt this lol I’ve had issues with my left shoulder for a while now. Hope yours gets there brother.

@RoidRageWife thank you for sharing this, looks clean and @RoidRage69 mad respect for your meals, nice looking fish and eggs

Catalina crunch is a really great cereal. Primarily pea protein fiber and good fats. No sugar. And we eat it with a protein shake. And it tastes good.
It also doesn't effect my blood sugars. My blood sugars are consistently under 100 within 2 hours after eating a meal. Blood sugars is the main factor in how I adjust my eating. If they are under control I will eat carbs on heavy training days. I am still losing fat every week and gaining quality muscle. As I sit here typing I can feel my pecs swollen even though I haven't trained them in 9 days. I haven't even lifted since Friday. I am also sitting just above 270.

you sould try the peptide, add it to your protocol and lets see

lots of options for your log I say go for it try some new peptides

there are some good fat burning peptides to I would be curious to see you run those

IMO I think we should see more pictures of people pushing huge weights. All I see on my facebook feeds are people posting their dinner. This is a steroid message board, not the Food Channel.
But what kind of food are people posting on social media?
The meals that are inside of this type of community, or other communities for that matter should be entirely different from what ordinary people are posting :)

Sarcasm. I would never eat that.
My point exactly for the food porn.
Some guys are eating that, living the mundane, same old same old day in day out.
There's a lot of silent readers out there that needs some pallet stimulation. ;)
Making the best with what you got with a narrow window of macros. ;)

My back is already starting to hurt in a good way. I’m thinking about cutting my testosterone/Masteron mix down to 150mg of each per week. I think my body is ultra sensitive to all steroids. I don’t think I need large amounts to be anabolic. My cortisol levels are already near zero. I am also taking 50mg anavar/day. With that being said would 1 shot per week be fine since they are both enanthate or is 2 shots per week needed in order to reduce potential sides?

@RoidRage69 many are sensitive to high doses not just you, cut down to 150mgs of each and see hwo you feel
but the 50mgs anavar is likely causing the back/lower back issues
i would still split into 2 shots mon/thur even enanthate ester to keep the close to steady blood levels as possible
