Today I hit a major milestone. Below 250lbs. Everyday I look in the mirror I see fat melting away. My stomach is considerably smaller and getting tighter every single. I look forward to getting down to the 220's by summer time. Hopefully down to 220 by the time I start my bulk in Oct. Going to be a wild ride thats for sure. I cant wait for the rebound when I start a real cycle with calories. This 1500 cals per day is getting old. LOL.

Looking to change up the training completely starting on Monday. Going to focus on Squat, Bench, and Deadlifts for a couple months. Will add in an arm day to break it up and give shoulder rest between the three main lifts. Squats put tremendous strain on the delts. Even more so than bench. Will be changing things on the fly. That's the way I roll. Looking to do 5x5 on the three lifts. Might not do regular bench though. All depends on how angry the shoulder gets. Might do DB incline and decline hammer instead. Not sure. Going to go light on dead's and squats. Will increase slowly each week and keep at 5x5. Will do heavy BB rows directly after deadlifts. Hoping to go 315 for 5 or more reps per set. Might take a few weeks but I will get there. Squating will probably start at 405 and go up from there each week. Depending on how strong I am might do pause squats with that at some point.

Is it just me or does EQ give you a anxious feeling. Like restless leg syndrome. I have been on it for a week now and I just dont think I can use it anymore. If I wasn't dieting and in such a cal deficit I bet it wouldnt be so bad, but man it sucks. Since I am already taking proviron I am thinking about switching out to NPP as I have a bunch of that. So my stack would be 300 test, 300 mast ,and how much NPP would be ok? 300mg be ok?

Why does taking equipoise cause anxiety?​

Equipoise is an anabolic steroid, and like many steroids, it is known to have an inhibitory effect on Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) in our brains. When you take equipoise, it goes into your brain through your bloodstream, hits the GABA receptors, and inhibits their activity. It strips the brain of its natural GABA.

I don’t know much about eq but doesn’t masteron have an Ai type effect like primo? I noticed that if my e2 gets really low anxiety follows. I just up the test a little and it goes away.

Masteron does has AI effect, but EQ also increases estrogen. My E2 before I started my cycle was over 70 so its obviously already pretty high. Anyway I am going to stop the EQ and take NPP with the test and mast. I think it will be an all around good outcome and should keep me from losing too much muscle while I am cutting so hard. Trying to keep as much muscle as possible here. Ideally anadrol would be the best choice, but I don't want the high blood pressure at this BF level. I am also going to lower the dose of proviron from 50 to 25mg per day. I would think that keeping the test and eq in equal amounts would be a small change in E2. I don't see it crashing but then again EQ has been known to crash E2 so maybe I am one of those rare individuals where it will happen so maybe EQ is not for me? I am getting my E2 levels, Test, and IGF-1 levels tested on Tuesday morning so we will see. I am going to not take EQ tomorrow and instead replace it with equal amount of NPP. I bet I will feel much better and stronger.

@Losiol masteron is an anti-estrogen but seems more like a SERM than an Ai

Well today is the big day. Deadlifting is gonna happen. I am a little nervous and excited at the same time. Going to need to make sure and feed the body well so I can recover. Trying to shoot for 300 grams protein per day now. Drinking half my protein macros for the day. Force feeding.

Training will change on the fly each week depending on how the shoulder feels. Tomorrow will be most likely much lighter weights for chest focusing on slow reps to put tension on muscle while keeping strain off shoulder. Thursday will be arms and then Friday will be squats. I think the way I am going about this will allow for my wife and myself to get the squatting and deadlifting as a priority over the next few months. I feel this will greatly increase our muscle mass and strength. Those are the two best lifts you can do in order to tax the entire system and grow. I wouldn't per surprised to see the weight creep back up for the first couple weeks while starting this program as I will be eating more protein as well. It should be temporary as the bloat/inflamation from the NPP should only be temp while being introduced. Any water weight gain will definitely help in the recovery rate so I am not concerned at all. Still looking for sub 230 in the next 4-5 months.

Only got 4 hr 12min sleep, but of that 1hr 5min was deep sleep so that is good. I never get more than 4.5 hours sleep per night.

Today I am also switching over to NPP at 200mg/week divided into 3 equal shots per week and ending the EQ. I just think EQ is not for me. So the current PED usage will look like this going forward.

Deadlifts felt really good and light. Extemely speedy off the ground. Not bad considering its been over a year since ive done them. Should be able to do 500 for 5x5 within the next 5 weeks or less. Looking forward to squatting on Friday.

My lifting belt is on the last notch and it is loose. I need a new belt.

Never have any anxiety issues with EQ. Could be because of stress free lifestyle
 
Definitely could be a combination of things with the eq among other factors, mast acting like and AI plus eq conversion at half the rate of testosterone as well as the diet ontop of it so many factors could be at play I've also heard EQ can crash E levels in some, be interesting with blood work seeing the estrogen number for u.

I’m actually shocked I’m not up 10lbs this week. 900mg per week of gear started last week.
Be very interesting seeing how the 900mg treats you over the next few weeks.

Great minds think alike. I am still in the belief to use the least amount possible to get the results your looking for. The more you use the longer the health phase and the more you will likely lose during that health phase. The body can only put on so much muscle so fast. Any faster and your just going to lose it all and possibly lose more than that. I want to be able to take shorter time off from my blast so thats why I chose low dosage and light compounds. The days of using halotestin are long gone for me. I might try anadrol in the fall when I do my bulk though. Never tried it yet. Sounds like a good compound when using large doses of hgh and insulin. Will have to make sure my blood pressure is under 110/70 though before using I think. I think I can put on a lean 30lbs the first month doing so. 4 weeks would be plenty on then switch over to primo in place of.
 
What would be more effective for helping my sleep problems? MK677 or GH? I am taking 3IU gh daily in the morning 1 hour before workout. Would I have better sleep if I changed it to before bedtime or use MK677 before bed? Blood sugars under control and if it was a problem I could add cinamon and berberine to help. I already plan on bumping up my gh dosage anyway so what the heck. Might as well give it a try before bed as well. Should I go 2IU before workout in morning and 2IU before bed or all of it before bed? Or should I go big and take 4 IU 2 times per day? Sleep is my biggest thing holding me back at this point. If I can get my sleep to 6 hours per night I will be unstoppable. I am lucky to get 4 hours any given night.

@RoidRage69 IMO nutrobal mk677 works before bed but the hunger kills me and same for clients but with your semaglutide wont be an issue
so add 10mgs mk677 before bed and add some valerian root and hot tea
I wouldnt go 4IUs with hgh honestly I would stay with 2IUs

so these will help you sleep harder. but won't necessarily help you fall asleep or make you sleep longer. but it doesn't hurt to try.
 
best thing for me when it comes to sleep is meditation
maybe try doing that

but keep in mind you might get hungry during the night that's what happened to me

Blood sugars are under control with semaglutide and metformin so nothing to worry about. Also keeping carbs low anyway. Today is the big day for me. Squat workout. Been a year since I've done one. Wish my shoulder luck. I need it. A little nervous. I hope I haven't lost too much strength. I would think all the stiff legged deadlifts, heavy hack squats, and heavy leg press will keep me strong. Just need to get the supporting muscles used to it again.

good luck. I really like 4ius daily of HGH exactly what I am taking currently bro. You might not need MK677 with increase HGH dose

Squats sucked. Felt extremely heavy. Probably due to the fact I am dehydrated. Diarrhea last night. Lost alot of weight. Was planning to do a 5x5 but only got out 3 sets of 2. Oh well.
You always have good form and depth. You haven’t squatted in a year. A bit dehydrated. Gotta listen un your body too. You did just that. It didn’t suck!! Next week you will feel better.
 
I have a question about Total Test and Free Test. The other steroids shouldn't increase those numbers other than proviron correct? Basically test levels rely on the amount of Testosterone taken per week? With that being said what is an ideal Free Test levels when on a cycle for anabolism? Is there a level too high in which you can get issues? If so what is that level?

On the Monday before this test I took 100mg Test, 100mg Mast, and 100mg NPP. Injecting equal amounts 3 times per week. I also started 25mg proviron per day.

Mate for not squatting for a year and hitting 405, very impressive! It only will get better from her on out, im excited to see what you'll be pushing in a few weeks!

I think lifting days need the extra GH for muscle growth since the MK677 should increase natural production outside of the inj. I am also going directly into my muscle with the GH. what brand steroids and what source are you using? i think you mentioned psl earlier but not sure if you bought gear from just them or you bought from different places
 
the orals from your pharmacies are also very good
not sure if you have tried those as well
 
don't forget our other sources
even though PSL is one of the best you should try some of the other guys as well
 
looks like you're under 250 pounds

definitely add some more steroids to your protocol
and take advantage of those High free testosterone levels

I was getting an anxious feeling kind of like the way you feel on low blood sugars. Didn't like it. The NPP seems to be helping my shoulder after only 1 week of 300mg. I am sold on NPP. It is now one of my favorite steroids. In fact it might be my favorite now. No water retention either.

The last time I ran eq I got that same feeling. I use to never get it but maybe it’s where I’m getting older now.

Did u actually stick it out and run it the full length after getting that feeling ?

Pretty good session today. Deadlifts were speedy. Went back and looked at video and 5th rep was as fast as the 1st rep of each set. 1.5 sec bottom to top. Hoping to be at 500 by months end on 5x5, 545 by April 1st and 585 for 5x5 sometime in early June towards end of cycle. Might just have to add Anavar the final 4 weeks of the cycle to see if I can hit those numbers as long as the shoulder is healthy. If I can hit 585 for a 5x5 I am well on the road to a world record deadlift for my age group and weight class.

This NPP I am taking is absolutely frigging amazing. I can't believe how good my shoulder feels since starting it last Monday. Only taking 100mg 3x week. With hands down it is my favorite steroid now. It has a purpose.

Mrs. RoidRage was an absolute beast today. She wore a tanktop doing deadlifts. Probably helps get my androgen levels up watching her. 🤤 LOL.

This is true his shoulder feeling better. It’s great now we see the progression . Yes I get pretty warm deadlifting. So I wore tank top in the winter! You can go see the videos lol 🤣 When you gonna wear tank tops again.😍lol.
