Hi everyone I’m currently on week 8 of my second cycle ever , did my first 7 weeks at 400 sust and 200 deca and now I’m on 500 sus 300 deca 200 mast. I’m tryna get as big as I can without gaining as much fat as I usually do. I am currently on only 3000 calories ish with 60g of fats 200 ish of proteins and 300 carbs. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. Just tryna improve as much as I can while I keep this journey going.
Ps I’m 30 been training for five years , started my first cycle on November last year only test for a while then added mast 200, never came off just cruised in between the two.
