Second cycle deca + test + mast

Hi everyone I’m currently on week 8 of my second cycle ever , did my first 7 weeks at 400 sust and 200 deca and now I’m on 500 sus 300 deca 200 mast. I’m tryna get as big as I can without gaining as much fat as I usually do. I am currently on only 3000 calories ish with 60g of fats 200 ish of proteins and 300 carbs. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. Just tryna improve as much as I can while I keep this journey going.

Ps I’m 30 been training for five years , started my first cycle on November last year only test for a while then added mast 200, never came off just cruised in between the two.

welcome to the EVO family :D @_a_volte_5 stack looks fine, sust with deca and mast will put size on you but 60g fat is low, bump that up and let carbs climb slowly so you’re not shorting yourself while trying to grow lean. Protein is not good where it is, tighten food quality and you’ll stay cleaner.
You should start a log though, that way you can track strength, weight, and diet week to week and everyone can actually help you dial things in better. we don't know much about you and most of the stuff I said is pure guessing, start a log before you even start the 2nd cycle, in a new thread, will take you 15min to start and I'll give you instructions below, whole EVO family will help you and guide you!

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.
To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

you need to get a log up man. this way we need to dial in your training/diet

I struggle to with getting lean . I know this is not a cycle to get lean or cut as I’m not looking into it but , since I hopped on last year till now I’ve never been lean , I’m not fat as you can see my abs a bit and some veins but my body fat scan came back at 18% which is high and I can’t understand how to grow and kinda get leaner at the same time. I feel sometimes I’ve been on gear for nothing as I don’t really have any particular muscle definition like I would like

you def need to put a log up. general advice doesn't really help. adjusting things as you go and learning your body works the best

if it was that easy then everyone would be ripped year round. it isn't. it takes a lot of effort and a solid nutrition plan

seems like you got a good schedule. i like it. i would add proviron to this and yes log it!

Once you start a log as per the @LevButlerov template we will get you bigger AND lean don't worry. Everything matters including supplements, macros, food timing etc. What worked for me is super high protein, high fat and close to zero carbs for 16-weeks if you want to check my log. I put on 20lbs of weight with less than a 2% hike in BF. You look like an endomorph type build like I've become (used to be mesomorph) and you have a great base!

Cycle looks good but I'd run it longer at about 16 weeks and try 2:1 Protein:Fat with low carb diet as it looks like you're in the same boat I am with your metabolism.

Id definitely consider coming off at some point or just low dose trt give the bkdy a break in-between
