I am looking for feedback on my upcoming planned 12 week cycle for Test, Tren, and Proviron.

I started a clean cutting diet focusing on only diet earlier this year in April and have lost approx. 50lbs. I do not plan on losing anymore weight so my diet will remain the same.

I am currently taking 3mg of Retatrutide (since July) that has helped me to curb a lot of the food noise and excessive over-eating that had previously prevented me from staying entirely focused and "locked in". I plan on continuing the Reta at 3mg during the 12-week cycle. I have used Anavar, Masteron, NPP, and Winstrol for seperate cycles and have had good results with no concern/changes in blood chemistry. Curiosity got the best of me, and I wanted to try out some Tren to see if any there will be any significant changes in my body composition and size.

I am keeping my diet aimed at maintaining my current weight of 190lbs and looking to do a body recomp.

Test @ 200mg/week
Tren @ 300mg/week
Retatrutide at 3mg/week
Proviron 25mg/day
Arimidex .5mg/week and titrate according to symptoms
Cabergoline .25mg/week and titrate according to symptoms

PCT
lower testosterone dose to 125mg/week after cycle
Nolvadex 20mg/day for 45days
Clomid 25mg/day for 30 days

Great start to your log. One thing you should consider is dropping the tren dose to 200mg/wk. Tren is very stron gand you don't need anymore than that especially for your first time. I would also suggest using trenA as if you have issues it will clear your system faster. You will need to pin daily or EOD though.

Clomid 25mg/day for 30 days
If you plan on staying on 125mg/test the you do not PCT. You just drop the other drugs and start the test at 125mg/wk. Nothing else to do. You do not use nolva or clomid. You would only PCT if you come off test completely

Make sure you update your log often. WE are here for you.

You look lean in the pic and the recomp goal makes sense. Test at 200mg and Tren at 300mg is too high
keep Tren low early for 3-4 weeks at 100mgs to start.

Proviron at 25mg ED is solid, but I’d split Arimidex to 0.25mg 2x per week instead of 0.5mg once to avoid e2 swings.

I feel 300mg may be a bit much straight outta the gates though.
Run tren ace so you can pull it quick if tren choses that its not for you haha. Tren chooses the consumer not the other way around lol.
Start slow 150 and see how things go, if all good give it a little bump and go again.

I would suggest to have nolva on hand too in case of gyno. Yes you have caber for prolactin but progesterone can bounce too and i dont know of any meds to reduce it. Others can chime in though and give there advice..
Also get heaps of sleep now because kiss it goodbye when the tren hits lol

Definitely feels amazing… I used to bodybuild in high school, before getting married ( as a naive 18yr old lol). Needless to say, I kept up with reading and building up my knowledge about this great sport. So when I finally had the chance early last year to start up where I left off in high school, I took full advantage!!!!

(specifically beta-sitosterol, the most common form) is a plant compound primarily recognized for its ability to lower cholesterol and improve symptoms of an enlarged prostate

Yeah, all the forms I read about stacking trend with providing provide provided pretty good results so I’m looking forward to that.

So far so good I like that you're putting a lot of thought on your cycle and dialing it in with us first.
And I love that you've researched and looked into your PCT before starting your cycle. Most people seem to not put any thought into that until the end of their cycle.

I’m sticking to Tren 200 mg a week for the 12 week cycle. Still debating on test, but I’m thinking 125 to 150.
Definitely have Test in there if you're gonna have such a strong 19-Nor like Tren. Since you're 'on cycle' in this case and you're going to lower your test to TRT levels at 120mg later on you can stick to your original plan and run test at 200mg with your tren. I usually run my test higher than my tren but your plan will be fine and you'll retain less water.

If you mean proviron then yes add that for sure as planned. I'm probably going to be taking 25mg ED like, forever.

Not OCD at all... that's being responsible. I have every shot I've ever taken back to 2021 in my notes in my phone.
 
I am looking for feedback on my upcoming planned 12 week cycle for Test, Tren, and Proviron.

I started a clean cutting diet focusing on only diet earlier this year in April and have lost approx. 50lbs. I do not plan on losing anymore weight so my diet will remain the same.

I am currently taking 3mg of Retatrutide (since July) that has helped me to curb a lot of the food noise and excessive over-eating that had previously prevented me from staying entirely focused and "locked in". I plan on continuing the Reta at 3mg during the 12-week cycle. I have used Anavar, Masteron, NPP, and Winstrol for seperate cycles and have had good results with no concern/changes in blood chemistry. Curiosity got the best of me, and I wanted to try out some Tren to see if any there will be any significant changes in my body composition and size.

I am keeping my diet aimed at maintaining my current weight of 190lbs and looking to do a body recomp.

Test @ 200mg/week
Tren @ 300mg/week
Retatrutide at 3mg/week
Proviron 25mg/day
Arimidex .5mg/week and titrate according to symptoms
Cabergoline .25mg/week and titrate according to symptoms

PCT
lower testosterone dose to 125mg/week after cycle
Nolvadex 20mg/day for 45days
Clomid 25mg/day for 30 days

I am open to any feedback or dose changes that will help me maximize the potential of this cycle while also considering health.

I have alot of respect for Lee Priest openly talking about PEDs. It just goes to show that the man is confident in his work product, training, and discipline. Alot of guys default to using the PED excuse for not being jacked, but we all know that they serve as another tool that we use to help maximize the hardest thing that cannot be bought in a bottle/vial...sheer will and determination.

Run tren ace so you can pull it quick if tren choses that its not for you haha. Tren chooses the consumer not the other way around lol.
Start slow 150 and see how things go, if all good give it a little bump and go again.

I would suggest to have nolva on hand too in case of gyno. Yes you have caber for prolactin but progesterone can bounce too and i dont know of any meds to reduce it. Others can chime in though and give there advice..
Also get heaps of sleep now because kiss it goodbye when the tren hits lol

Not nah it wont have an influence on high progesterone. Its helps prevent the development of gynaecomastia.
High progesterone can cause breast tissue proliferation.
Tamoxifen prevents gyno from competing for the binding sites in the breast tissue receptors.

The more experienced boys here will give you a better scientific standpoint on the mechanics of this.

12 week cycle looks fantastic. @roadkingzdy But I would cut that trenbolone down to maybe 8 weeks. It's going to be really rough to run it more than that.

Nice job on the meal prepping for sure. Just be careful with that tilapia. It's going to be farm raised. 99.9% of the time and you definitely don't want to be eating farm raised fish. @roadkingzdy

I will drink 1 to 2, 0 calorie sugar free canned sparkling water so that I can feel that full stomach effect in between meals and during intermittent fasting (so as to not spike insulin levels).

4 day/wk Fitness routine is as follows. I work nightshift so my workouts will be conducted after work (7am) for approx 1.5hr.

I go to sleep around 11am until about 6pm each day.

Cardio/daily steps:
-10min level 9 stair climber before workout on workout days.
-30min swimming breaststroke 2x week after weightlifting.
-15min treadmill, 3.2 speed at 8% incline after workout on workout days.

I’ll post my exact workout routine once I’m done making the adjustments/changes in consideration to my recomp goals.

Bro this nutrition looks fantastic, macros for your weight and recomp goals are right on the money in my eye. Pre and post workoit meals are really good, always keep fats to a bare minimum either side of your workout so it doesnt slow down carb absorption and the honey a nice addition too 👌
Nice drop in cals for the non training days too! A little bump in fats and a drop in carbs getting you close to a 500cal deficit just in food intake.

Having everything mapped out before you start means all you have to do is show up and get to work. Your not burning yourself out from making unnecessary changes throughout with nutrition, training and your cycle. Set the plan and see it through.

Workouts look good bro, big volume on the smaller muscle groups though with all straight sets. Have you tried implementing drop set or rest pauses in these areas before brother?

Really looking foward to see what you can achieve with this level of planning and structure bro, can clearly tell your committed.

Overall feeling has been great. I get a good pump and fullness during my workout that hangs around for a few hours after the gym.

Overall body composition is already feeling good. Muscles feel fuller and slighter denser.

Sleep has not been affected, im still getting about 7+ of consistent sleep. Mood remains stable with no ups/downs.

I will remain with the current pinning schedule of Tren E EOD and Test ED.

Food intake has remained controlled no changes in appetite or cravings.

Has always been there. Since I’m taking anastrazole during this cycle I’m going to monitor changes in the bacne and e2 levels and titrate accordingly.
I took accutane as a teen for cystic acne and that helped tremendously but from what I hear it can resurface years later which just may be the case.
I’m using panoxyl and it keeps it dry for the most part.

@roadkingzdy that's great. Man I'm glad that you are seeing some results. Just be careful with Trenbolone it tends to get worse as you go.
