Just thought I’d make a new log to document the healing process and the comeback after tearing my bicep tendon off the bone.
Currently almost 4 weeks post injury and 5 days post surgery. Pain is starting get better but movement is very limited. I’ll be in a sling for 6 weeks then I can start learning to use the arm/ bicep again.
As for supps-
Weekly- 250mg test e, 100mg mast e (Maintenance levels)
Once I’m two weeks post surgery I’ve been given the all clear to start BPC 157 and TB500, I will be running HGH alongside these. Dosages will be in a later log update!

Training is very limited at the moment, just doing some single arm dumbbell workouts at home and a lot of cardio on the treadmill. Once I’m cleared to drive again I’ll be back to somewhat consistent training!
