Currently mending a back injury after returning to the gym, I threw my back out at the end of a shoulder workout, this will be the third time in 2 years, not sure what's going on there, but at this point it's time to have an MRI or scan. Back going out that often is worth getting checked with an MRI, could be disc or structural and no sense guessing when it keeps repeating. Healing in 1–2 weeks is good but if it’s the 3rd time in 2 years you want to know what’s really happening before pushing heavier again.

The cruise looks solid with pharma test at 400 mg, GH and Wolverine stack will help tissue repair, and low dose var plus Cialis is a nice touch for pumps and blood flow. Planning the blast 16 weeks out from Toronto Pro gives you plenty of runway once you’re cleared to train hard again.

Be careful with the back man. Have you had imaging done?
I've had back/disc issues all my life and a couple years got PRP injections in the spine and haven't had any issues since.
You may want to look into it. I'm right across the border near Buffalo if you need a recommendation for a doc who performs this.
Make sure you get imaging.

Thanks buddy, I fell a long time ago at a house party on some stairs it seems to come back and haunt me. Just when we think GH and all these peptides will turn us into superman the back will be the first thing to say you're not. However I have a cone along way using peptides to heal scar tissue, shoulder was healed, and injection inflammation is next to none. Even skin is nice, I might be inclined to think thd peptide tb-500 and bpc-157 are best used alone apparently combi ed they create some binding effect that's not as effective when you mix the two. Don't quote me on that it was a video I seen. Or research on it.

Hell ya I placed top five last year amongst some of the greatest masters 40+ in the world 5th internationally is not a bad snag for my first international show! Thanks man next one is mine. I figure as long as I keep placing in top fives I'll keep going until I don't; I'm fully sponsored around the board I'm actually probably the most spoiled bodybuilder on the planet if you want to know the truth maybe being a low ranking pro level is the place to be.

Naw lots of guys go no face blur. You're a pro BB minus the IFBB card with all the wins you've racked up. I'm sure it's coming 2026!

Too bad you're not competing this weekend, but focusing on the Toronto pro is probably the best move in the grand scheme.

Yea my shoulder healed up super quick too on the stack, still waiting for my wrist to get better too. Back is really extra tricky cuz there's so many different factors involved. Take it easy bro and make sure you're 100% before pushing hard again.

@JackD42 I'm sure you will do amazing at the Toronto Pro. It's a great competition. We see in many bodybuilders and up doing well at that one and moving on to greater things.

It's getting better think I'll go back today and stretch and lift lightly been running high doses of Wolverine stack and GH at night basically healed a pulled back in a week . Started my vet prop, masteron and proviron as well. So now starting to blast for another 8-12 weeks.

•veterinary grade test propionate 100ml evod
•anavar 20-60 mg ed
•proviron 50 mg ed
•GH, 10 IU ed am and pm subq
•Wolverine stack 2mg Ed , am and pm.
•masteron propionate, 100 ml evod.
•Cialis - 7.5 my quartet tab Ed pre-work out

Natty supps: creatine, glutamine, bcaa, vitastack, whey isolate, hydrator, liver HD. Nestle Resource MRE, CELSIUS pre workout.

Training: chest, back, shoulders, legs, arms, 2 days off, repeat. Cardio 30 min on workout days, 55 min on non workout days.

Last picture is of me prior to going on stage for Toronto pro 2025 I placed 5th and secured my spot for Toronto Pro 2026, constructive criticism welcome as to what my Evo fam thinks I need to improve for next year we got 32 weeks to go so we have lots of time . I definitely need more size and a bigger chest, I'm 5"4 (200lb) and going up against some pretty big boys in masters as their is no weight cap. Do you guys think I should switch back to open and try to qualify for an Olympia I've been chatting with Lee Priest, Dexter Jackson and Samson Dauda and Dexter won his Olympia in men's open at 49, that leaves me with a potential 5-6 years to still get to that stage. Long and Short term goals combined, :-)

You look amazing, peeled and round for 200 lbs on that frame with great potential to fill out more. For 32 weeks out focus on adding upper chest and lat thickness using slight incline press at 4x8–10 and heavy neutral grip rows at 4x10, and drop the GH to 6–8 IU split AM/PM to stay insulin sensitive. @JackD42

Keep the prop and masteron cycle at 100 mg EOD each with proviron 50 mg ED and anavar 40–50 mg ED for 6–8 weeks, then recheck e2 and lipids before continuing. The Wolverine stack at 2 mg daily is already plenty so hold it there and rotate Cialis to training days only to keep BP stable while you grow.

Set 2 , photos , 8 months out to Toronto pro 2026.
Good size! 8 months out add about 3-4lbs of clean mass around the chest and lats.
 
I'm doing an 8-12 short esters cycle. Then I'll cruise for a bit then a 22 week off season long Ester cycle then my usual 16 week prep.
Nice bro.. I love the sounds of that. Stay healthy and give it your best shot ever. I'll be there in person to cheer you on. I'm going to the Toronto pro this year for sure. Blocking that weekend off a long way out

Ok constructive criticism always welcome brother thanks I'll try doing it like you say on my next shots .
It might be better it might not. Do 1 low and 1 high side chest for example and post them up. I know your height and am aware of the higher pec, long torso thing but, at a glance (I'm thinking of how judges look at physiques as much as anything) it actually makes your torso look even longer. And, of course, bodybuilding (esp competitive) is ALL about the perception of how a person looks.

Silly example (I posted it in my log yesterday) tall girls can and often do round their shoulders down (to look shorter) and forward (meaning their breasts look smaller too). I worked with a woman at the gym for 10 minutes on pressing tricks, chest expansion and posture. Arnold did that bit in Pumping Iron with the younger shorter bodybuilder where he got him to open up vs posing kind close.

Obviously how a BB poses MUST hide flaws and exaggerate the pluses.

I went and trained legs after getting blood work done and quickly realized after 5 sets of leg press up to 450 lbs , and 5 sets of squats (225) reps of 6, that something was off , anyone have more experience with this I thought training legs would be ok but they took a lot of blood today so I'm assuming a day or two off to recover is best. I don't ever leave a workout early unless injured so today I think common sense kicked in. Although at my level I should already know this but I'll be honest I'm just starting to do regular blood work again which I realize is crucial to this game and crucial to my age as well

I know after you donate blood you can train. Maybe it's a similar situation in your case today. Sounds like you weren't even pushing it that hard either. Glad you realized and stepped back. I'm sure you'll feel better by tomorrow

Good call cutting it short. After blood work, especially with multiple vials drawn, your plasma volume drops and oxygen delivery dips, so heavy leg work like 450 lb press and 225 lb squats will feel off. @JackD42

Take a day or 2 off and drink more water before hitting lower body again. At your level it’s just smart recovery, not weakness, and you’re right regular labs are key as you age and stay enhanced.

Naw the medical stuff is pretty good cuz it pulls references from actual literature. You can see the citations.

A lot of stuff it can be bad but when it comes to medical stuff it's pretty accurate.

I get why it can be dangerous. It's cycle advice is pretty aggressive cuz it pulls from forums. But with legit stuff it pulls from real sources so it's pretty good.

Honestly it reads my bloodwork the exact same as my doctor. Not quite as detailed as he is but basically the same conclusions. It's pretty cool.

The dangerous part is that it doesn't pull from our forum, it mixes lies with truth, really unsafe, there are guys at the hospital now who took chatgpt advice lol @BeMe

Ya you gotta watch the ped advice, but that's just a source issue. The human studied peds it's not that bad. If you ask about test, deca, or anavar, the advice is in line with what I've been told here @LevButlerov

I do agree with you there is a time and place for everything :D @BeMe but any steroid advice or log advice from chatgpt is a bad idea imo

That's Google's AI Gemini answering your question in the 2nd screenshot you posted. Gemini is decent, but ChatGPT is way better. With ChatGPT you can ask it a question but also feed it info about yourself

For example in your case I'd say I got dizzy doing my leg workout after a blood test. I did leg Press etc. Tested at 9am, training at 1pm, current peds are, my age and weight are, I've been on PEDs for 10 years, etc. The more info you feed it the better it will work for you. It will also remember that stuff so every question you ask it later on it will consider all the info it has already.

Like @LevButlerov said it's bad with ped advice, but with medical stuff it's pretty good.
