It’s great he can do it, but I think in a deficit we should get him doing controlled nice reps slow eccentric nice tempo, still at a challenging weight. Save the full stacks for growth phase!

@LevButlerov the coach @Wolfenstein has now given me a diet plan to follow and added cardio to my program.
M: no carbs Tuesday: 100 carbs W: 150 carbs T: 150 carbs F: 100 carbs S: 150 carbs S: 300 carbs. Protein will stay at 220 a day and fat at 40-50. I'll also be adding in 20 mins of cardio 3-4 times week after workout. Thanks kings @Wolfenstein @GENTEXLaboratories
