I had the same issue with Nolva. I took both clomid and Nolva over 5 weeks and Nolva broke me out in cystic acne all over my upper body. Shit was rough. Things are coming back to normal but now I have a ton of scarring. Started Accutane im not gonna put up with this shit. Acne makes taking steroids completly pointless. You finally have the body ur happy with but at the end u can't even show it off because it's covered on lesions :/

yes, you should be given more information about your cycle, then have a pct accordingly.
i keep pct on my hand,such as clomid and nolva. good efficacy let me feel better.
I don't see what the point of running Nolva is when your running Clomid and an AI, anyone?

Hi guys apologize in advance for spelling'm from Slovakia needs advice on PCT cycle you say to this schedule: Exemstan = 25 mg 14 days, 12.25 days 7 mg, 6.125 mg for 5 days
Tamoxifen 20mg = 14 days, 10 days 10 mg
Salbutamol = 12 mg to 16 mg fixed dose for 30 days
Clomid 100 mg = 14 days, 7 days 50 mg

You would need PCT after any length of time with Anabolicum (LGD). At least a 4 week mini-pct with HCGenerate ES + Clomid. (5 tabs + 25mgs)
Hi guys this is the first time I've ever used a forum so don't even k or if this is the correct place to post this so any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm half way through a cycle of test e running 250 mg twice a week for 12 weeks and 100 mg of anavar ed and 12.5 mg of aromasin ed. im very keen to give sarms (lg mk) a try and I'm thinking of cutting my cycle short. Looking for advice on time I have to wait, best pct etc or if this is even a good idea at all. I have chlomid and nolvadex waiting. I'm also starting to get the early stages of gyno I've noticed this week

Hey so i just started this not sure if im doing things right and the more i read. The more i am understanding the importance of doing this right. So i just started 1 ml of each tren a 100 and sustanon 270 twice a week. Can you tell me what i should be doing while on this very 1st cycle and what i should do to get off cycle. I am taking 100 - 125 mg of Test Prop EOD (only reason it fluctuates is because the max I take in the delt is 100, glutes and quads I pin 125)
Been on it for 11 weeks now - got about 1 1/2 weeks left
I finished my Winny cycle of 50 mg per day for the first 50 days (i started it with the Test - which in retrospect I should have taken it on the tail end of the cycle)
I have also been taking an AI and N2Guard .
My planned PCT is :
(right after my last pin)
HCGenerate ES (5 tabs daily)
Nolvadex 40/30/20/10
Clomid 50 mg - 30 days
Letrozol 1.25 mg - every 3 days
Does this sound like a good stating point?

question here? I’m running a cycle of test-400 for 12 weeks at 1.5 ml/week. .75ml twice a week stacked with 30 mg/ed dianabol. Also taking aromasin 12.5 mg/eod while on my cycle. So my question is after my test/dbol cycle How long do I wait to start my pct support? I’ll be taking 100mg/day clomid for 2 weeks and 40 mg/day of nolvadex for 2 weeks. Week 3-4 I’ll be taking 50 mg/day clomid and 20 mg/day nolvadex. Should I also be taking the aromasin during my pct? If not when should I quit taking aromasin during my test cycle to not cause any complications during my pct?
Immediately after your last injection you start the cardarine, ostarine and natural testosterone booster.

If using long esters - yes because you need to allow time for the steroid esters to clear out of the body

you should start the SERM's as the ester is leaving to give you a soft landing

I intend to start an 8 week Steroid stack cycle but would like to get your opinion on this and the best PCT plan for this.
My 8 weeks stack looks like this:

Yes you can do that and that's what I usually recommend, although I know some people will swear about using hcg when running harsher compounds like tren.

Don't include proviron in your PCT. It's a steroid and thus, suppressive

Just make sure you are covered with clomid. Nolva, aromasin at least

proviron not being suppressive is something i have seen evidence of both .. i honestly do not know the true answer, it is variant it seems
If you are only using superdrol for the first 4 weeks do not use aromasin. Superdrol is dry.
I see too many guys trying to do SERMS only for PCT these days, which is an outdated and ineffective way to recover

Just keep clomid at 25 mg. I personally dont recommend it at 12.5 anyway...
Hcg is ran the last four weeks of your cycle right up until pct
There are plenty of other places to get aromasin if u simply go to the source section
Pct is post cycle therapy meaning post cycle. Aromasin is ran on cycle but no need for clomid or nolva
I'm a bit confused here, but there is no science behind the perfect pct proposed by this thread! A PCT is necessary after a SARM cycle, and Ostarine is suppressive at a dose of 25 mg, how on earth can you expect your natural test levels to be back to normal when the "perfect" pct suggests to suppress even more testosterone production by using Ostarine on a PCT, when Ostarine needs a PCT!!! So basically a PCT for a PCT is needed !
is it suggested that all of those items need to be ran regardless of the cycle you run? Like if I run EQ and Tren Enan, do I have to buy and take all those in the PCT? As Tren had no estro effects or water retention. I understand that I might need AI for EQ and maybe N2Gen beginning the last 4 weeks to boost natty test...but do I need everything else?

you should be running the stack 12 weeks... it doesnt even peak until week 8..
if you get everything at esarms.com, your pct will just be the banned nutrition supplements... it would look like this..
